Allow meeting attendees to see the acceptance/declined status for a meeting if you were not its Organize in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Allow meeting attendees to see all responses in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Like in Outlook desktop client you cannot see the acceptance status for a meeting if you were not its Organizer. So make it possible.

I support 4 Execs....ever accept an invite that is a few weeks out and then later it conflicts and you are thinking.....did I accept this on top of the other? Is there a way to list who accepted invite and when?

When viewing the calendar, it would be nice to have some visual indicator to know the status of meeting participants - whether they have accepted, declined, or marked the invitation as tentative. Maybe the visual indicator could simply show if everyone has accepted, some have accepted, or nobody has accepted. Maybe show an empty circle if nobody has accepted, half-filled circle if some have accepted, and a full/complete/shaded circle if everyone has accepted. Without a visual indicator in the calendar view, you must open the item > then click "tracking" to see the individual status for each participant.

When answering a meeting invite by clicking on "Send no answer", the person who is inviting should be able to see the response by checking participation overview.
This could reduce hundrets of "mails" whiles having larger rounds of participants. -

Sometimes making sense of attendance at a meeting for person A is the necessity of person B also attending. Simple as that, all attendees should be able to see all other attendee's statuses.

Mostly it's ridiculous that only the owner of a meeting can see the status of the attendees. And this is restricted to the attendees choice of answering or chosing "without answer".
Sometimes - and quite often - partaking at a meeting for attendee A is dependant on partaking of attendee B to even make sense of the meeting.
So the statuses are essential for all participants and not only the owner of a meeting.

Meeting invites used to show everyone who was invited to a meeting. Now you have to press reply all in order to see which is a waste of time and screen management.

Add as an option for Calendar view, that if you have attendees, there is some visual summary invitation, like a small (16/10/2) with 16 in black =number people I did invite; 10 in green = people that accepted ; 2 in grey?orange? that did't reply... (no need in summary to have all other status)
... we don't have time on Monday morning to open each meeting of the day / week to check whether people have answered, or not yet and I will be alone. In addition, you could add such a summary in the "Tracking" view of a meeting.

Show who in the invite list has accepted a meeting. As of now, Calendar says how many people has accepted the invite, BUT not who. Please show this info. Thanks

I'd like to see a count of attendees on the Tracking screen. It's currently only displayed on the Meeting screen.

To a quickly check (in 10 persons) before a meeting begin. Who is missing without need to consult one by one in a excel file.

Display responses (accept/decline) for individuals in distribution list invites. As is, if I send an invite to a list, the tracking just shows "no reponse" for all invitees when list is expanded.

Create a way for meeting organizers to not only track people that accepted, but also who actually attended their meetings.

Since the last update when you open a calendar item you cannot see who is in the meeting (who thought that was a good idea?)
Selecting the Scheduling Assistant tab which appears to be the only way to see this now, then starts looking at everyones calendar which is also stupid.
PLEASE PUT IT BACK HOW IT WAS

We need to know quickly who can make it to an event and who cannot. This feature was taken away and now it takes 3x as long to determine who is/isn't able to come to an event, especially if you have a long list of people.

Clicking on a meeting in the agenda should give you the overview of the invitees and who accepted and who declined the meeting. Also people who declined the meeting should still be able to see the meeting in their agenda.

For organizer it would be ideal to know the number of people that have accepted the invite. Enabling counter functionality would make it very efficient
