Provide an option to allow font size to be changed or customized and same in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to allow font size to be changed in Microsoft Outlook 2016 including the font and colors for the folder pane. Also make it possible to customize the fonts for Mail, People, Calendar on module basis. Also, Allow user to make a permanent (default setting) change to the font and size template for mail created in Outlook 2016 under Windows 10, not just on a mail-by-mail basis.
Also, set a default font that is always applied to my tasks. They change depending upon the email moved to tasks.
Also, Please give us a way to make the fonts and lines darker on the email form so that they can be easier to see and use. They are just to light and hard to read.

The folder pane font size is way to big and the line spacing is much too large. Please bring back the options to change the Font style and size as in Outlook 2010.

My vision is declining and regrettably I will have to abandon Outlook after more than 8 years of dedicated use. The issue is I can no longer see the folder names and other text that I ought to be able to modify. I hope for other's sake this is made a priority.

We previously were able to edit the fonts on the Outlook Navigation Pane, but that feature is no longer supported. This is so important for people with vision issues. Please bring it back.

I am unable to change the font size of my inbound mail. It is hard to read, it is so small. The change only works for my outbound mail.

Stop using weird default font color [31, 73, 125]. Remove this default from everywhere. Use some standard color, present in easily-accessible color palette.
PS.
I know I can change it ( File -> Options -> Mail -> Compose messages -> Stationery and Fonts -> set explicit color value to all fonts , see
https://www.emailquestions.com/threads/how-to-change-the-microsoft-outlook-font-color-from-blue-to-black.607/ ). But still it would be better to just remove this crazy color. -

Allow the customization of outlook for views & color schemes. I know there is some customization but it is so limited.

I have users complaining about 2016 being more difficult to read than 2010 due to the "grey" text. Please include the option to change it.

Some precious space is wasted there.
You even had to add graphical elements to the blue bars to make them look better and lighter.
But that doesn't solve the problem.
Reduce the thickness of the blue bar, optimize content density of ribbon space underneath and give the additional space back to the "productive" space, i.e. inbox list, calendar.... -

Please allow modification of the Folder View attributes so more folders can be viewed vertically without the need to scroll as much. The option to switch been mouse and touch mode does not provide enough flexibility. Older versions of Outlook allowed for modification of the Folder font size, which allowed more folders to be viewed in a give vertical space.

make it possible to reduse font size in the overview folder pane, and reduce the gap between the folders. so that people with a lot of projects doesn't have to scroll up and down to find their folders.

In Outlook 2016, there needs to be a method to change the default font from Segoe UI as the standard font for Meeting invites when selecting "Edit the Response before Sending".
Even when the default font is selected as Calibri in Settings (File->Options->Mail->Compose Messages->Stationery and Fonts), the Response of appointments is still Segoe UI. All other fonts are correct (Calibri).
There is not a method to change this font except manually every time.

Hello,
I have an issue with the font size in the body of contacts and To/cc/bcc in Outlook 2016.
The font is very small and in Arial format. This is very difficult to read and I have tried many times to change the font but cannot accomplish it.
In an earlier forum in July 2017, I had posed the similar question but would appreciate if any one has any insight on this or has Microsoft come up with a solution for this? I prefer Comic Sans font in 11 or 12 point size.
Please advise because even with my glasses, the fonts are tiny and tough to read, and this is really aggravating. -

I can barely read my emails, the font is tiny, and instead of a solid black this "grey" color isn't standing out from the background. How are people with visual imparity even using this product?
