Provide an option to allow font size to be changed or customized and same in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to allow font size to be changed in Microsoft Outlook 2016 including the font and colors for the folder pane. Also make it possible to customize the fonts for Mail, People, Calendar on module basis. Also, Allow user to make a permanent (default setting) change to the font and size template for mail created in Outlook 2016 under Windows 10, not just on a mail-by-mail basis.
Also, set a default font that is always applied to my tasks. They change depending upon the email moved to tasks.
Also, Please give us a way to make the fonts and lines darker on the email form so that they can be easier to see and use. They are just to light and hard to read.

I get more calls from Users about this issue than any other relating to Outlook 2019. The font is incredibly small and almost unreadable by many vision impaired uses. With out 20/20 vision it is painful to navigate. Adjusting the monitor size is not a viable suggestion - due to the "fuzzy" effect which is almost never resolvable. Like all areas of Outlook this folder area should be able to be modified to increase the font size. Crazier that this is still an issue 3 years later.

Only need to repeat this comment from September:
It is really the folder column in Outlook that remains without a customizable font size. In high resolution screens the Outlook folder navigation column requires a special set of glasses. All other columns adjustable. Hard to understand why this is overlooked and for so long. -

Many of us are working remotely now, and we can't change our desktop resolution from a remote desktop connection. So, the "workaround" for this missing feature no longer works. Microsoft, that means you're no longer ADA compliant. You need to fix this ASAP!

I can't change the font size in my incoming messages. Do the messages in my inbox have another name? I can hardly read what I'm writing here either. Too small!

I have vision issues and understand how to increase each message but would like to be able to set a default like in sending messages.

I would agree this should get priority for ADA reasons. I have end users that struggle with vision and this is essential.

Outlook 2010 had the most pleasing interface visually. Please can we have an upgrade to allow font sizes in Outlook folders to be changed and more control over contrast without messing up the Windows 10 settings for other apps. The minimalist visual design in Outlook 2019 is a great mistake in this context.

I want to be able to increase the size of the text in the menus in Outlook with having to change display settings. Or I want to be able to increase the size via display settings to the percentage of my choice - at the moment 100% is too small and 125% too large.

This issue is important for anyone with aging eyes. We should not have to jump through hoops to make simple changes that make it easier to use your product!

The Notes in Contacts should have an option to create a default font and size. You had this in previous versions of Outlook. Can you please add this back in?

With 4K screens, this feature becomes critical. When I use Remote Desktop to get to my office PC, everything in Outlook is tiny and almost unreadable. Some items allow adjustment of the font size to make them readable, but not all items, such as folder names. Absolutely need the ability to change the font size of folder names.

Qould like the ability to change the DEFAULT font size in both NOTES & CONTACTS. The font is so small it can be difficult to read.

Please, please! This should be under Accessibility. For older users or those who don't sit 12 inches from our screens, it can be hard to read the tiny font you use for menu items and folder names. Almost any website, I can zoom in and fonts get larger but not in my Outlook app (Windows 10). Yes, I can enlarge text within an email but it's all the navigation text that is tiny.

Adding my name to the list of those who have trouble seeing the fonts on the ribbon and on the folder names. Why can this not be adjusted within Outlook. I have my display settings set to 150% and that changed nothing on the Outlook display. I can see the emails just fine, it's the interface itself (especially email) that is not configurable. Why! Please fix this. Thank you.

Calibri is old. Time to move to Segoe UI. It's more pleasing to read.
