Provide an option to put shortcut for personal templates and insert templates from Add-Ins with hotkeys in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to put shortcut for personal templates in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Also, there should be an option to insert templates from Add-Ins with hotkeys.
Templates!!! Where did that go? How do I insert them?
'View Templates' - the ability to Pin this pane is essential as 1) it requires you to be in the reply mode, and 2) requires multiple clicks to access this each time. Please also provide an option under Options to view&edit the list of templates user has created since currently you have to hunt for this and it is nowhere to be seen except when you're in the Reply screen of a email.
Provide an option to insert templates embedded of MS Forms on Outlook...to share templates, survey an tests on messages

Would be great to be able to select a template when creating/editing/accepting appointments and meetings, whether defined via Category or a separate drop-down for 'appointment type'.
Characteristics as a minimum to change on selection include Category/Colour, Privacy, and Show As.. settings, however could include reminder length and importance as well.
Template varieties may be 'Personal', 'Internal Meeting', 'External Meeting', 'Confidential', etc.

Create Insert Fields to prompt for variable information in templates.

I'd love to see an option for inserting templates stored in the "My Templates" add-in to be added to the right-click menu for an email and be hotkey navigable so users can invoke key phrases, sentences, and entire emails with their keyboard.
It would be an absolute dream if users could assign custom hotkeys to various templates (in a manner similar to the categories in Outlook) and drop them in like that as well.
Totally agree with this idea. If the idea of templates is making the way to make emails faster and easier, this is a must. Doing it manually is really helpful but it could be better!

Enable Outlook 2016 to be able to open an email template (oft file) from the Desktop while Outlook is open.
Currently, Outlook must be closed in order to open, use, and send the email from the template. There are too many clicks to navigate to the email template within Outlook 2016. Outlook 2013 did not have this problem.

Ability to PIN the Add In for "My Templates" to automatically show on all New Email and or Replies. It is time consuming having to double click on "Office Add-Ins" in Order to get to "My Templates" and the double click on "My Templates" to actually being able to access them.
When using quick steps, allow people to open an outlook template (like a form email, etc.) - OR allow formats in the quick steps/expand on the features so that formatting can be used in a quick step.
