When I "reply all" to an email to keep track of the conversation, there is no option to add voting buttons. It would be a nice feature to add, since voting may arise at the middle of the emails chain.

Make the mac and pc outlook client the same please! Or at least offer the same functionality in both. Or add the voting feature to O365. The differences are killing us when supporting multiple platform environments.

I agree! I have both mac and pc users on our exchange network and would like to be able to have our mac users see the voting buttons to cast their vote.
If others are unfamiliar with this feature in Outlook, it works like this. As an example, I want to know if our team prefers to have a dinner meeting or a lunch meeting. I can add voting buttons to my e-mails so all they have to do is click "Lunch" or "Dinner". The responses are then saved as part of that e-mail and I can quickly tally the results.
However, mac users do not see the voting buttons at this time. So, I end up with PC users replying with the voting buttons and then have to manually tally everyone's results anyway because mac users reply to the e-mail with their vote as part of the message field.
Hopefully that makes sense! Easy answer - give Outlook for Mac (and Android mobile) the same capabilities as Outlook for PC.

Instead of crowdsourcing functionality for Outlook for Mac, can you simply replicate the same functionality as you have in Outlook for Windows? Why should the users have to "vote" for functionality. You have a list of functionality for Windows...just do the same thing in Mac!
