Support cache all for large mailboxes
I would like the option of caching more data. Now that the E3 size is increased to 100GB the local ost is still supposed to be kept below 10GB (kb2759052). I would like this flat file architecture to be replaced with something that can support a large offline cache if users want it.

A lot of customers are requesting an option in outlook to cache selected folder. Mailbox becomes larger and larger. They have only option to control the cache behavior by time. They want to be able to cache it by "Folder". Just like onedrive.

I was told by Office 365 Support to log this as a feature request. Private items do not work correctly when in cached mode using Outlook. You have to be in online mode for Private Items to work correctly.

Currently, private items do not work in cached mode as this is by design. This makes it difficult for delegates to manage calendars when appointments are marked as private.

For cache-enabled Outlook, whether on-premise or Office 365 Exchange Server, when one sends a message, either new or reply, a copy gets saved to one's Sent Items folder. Now, if the message in the Sent Items folder gets modified from anywhere but the Outlook that originally sent it, Outlook does not sync with the modified message. If the messages were created, deleted or copied into the Sent Items folder from another computer, this one will sync correctly those items. Just not for modified ones. This is an issue because the modified ones get stamped with a footer, which shows up everywhere else but the Outlook that originally sent it. I would have to clear the cache to see the modified item. Note that if I did the same edit in Inbox or even Deleted Items folders, the modified items correctly sync. Just not the Sent Items. Tired of clearing the Sent Items folder cache to get the latest. Thank you.
If you have more than 500 Folders in your Profile and working in cached mode, not all Folders are visible in Outlook.
If you work with Shared Mailboxes it is easy to come over 500 Folders.
If you work in online mode with some shared mailboxes automapped to workaround this Problem your Mailbox Outlook freezes after almost each step you do.
