Make Outlook program multi-threaded
Whenever you're working in a popup window, e.g. settings, all other Outlook windows are frozen. Makes it hard to grab needed text or other info from those other windows.

For me this is a big problem because Outlook 2016 takes 1/2 to 1 minute to synch with Outlook.com servers.
