It would be very helpful to have statistics such as number of emails sent/received, response rate, time spent on Outlook, number of emails per conversation/sender/day etc.

I would like to be able to have a running total of each category on each day, based on color/category.
We want to utilize the calendar to keep track of the daily scheduled appointments. Right now we have to manually count each day.
Emails are becoming to hard to manage and keep track of, I believe now we need a tool to create reporting's to help us identify who is sending most of emails. Have possibility to either have a default type of emails (such as general communication, minute, information required... or allow companies to create their own) to better track what are the reasons for emails, we need to fins a way to become more productive and most of the emails sometimes don't add value. I believe if I could classified each time I see them I can work on understanding what needs to be done to simplify the process.

A count of how many in and out emails daily, weekly, etc
To be able to look up any email account and run a report and see how many emails they received and sent over a period of time.
Need to have an analytics view of the Outlook task list. Month-wise how many tasks completed, overall % and lead time etc will be very handy to begin with.
Dashboard that shows number of emails received by day
Graph showing when emails are received (volume by hour
Number of emails sent
Summary of top ten received by and sent to
Summary of ave. time spent on emails
View would give users insight of where they spend there time and then how they might want to manage the inbox folders and day based on the email traffic and time. For example. If I can see each day i get 50% of emails between 10-12 each day i might want to avoid meetings then.
tool to calculate the number of hours spent of each type of activity during a month based on calendar appointments
Ability to display number of emails by sender
A third folder preference setting to show the total number of emails and the number of unread emails. Example: 5
for DL and for multiple to list emails. Need a feature where we can check how many people have read emails.
Be able to easily report statistics of meetings.
- between dates
- meeting name, a key word, an attendee or @companyXYZ.com
Report able to be viewed in xls
- duration time units to be able to be consistent (i.e. total minutes or portions of hour etc).
- Graph by period.
Show the number of hours or minutes spent on meeting or blocked calendar. If I blocked my calendar for meetings or other task show the number of hours, minutes from the blocked calendar. I want this to show when hovering over the calendar or when I create a meeting or task
Coworkers and managers often don't appreciate the volume of e-mail messages one person can receive in a day. Is there a way to create a tally section possibly in analytics that would provide a user with their total e-mail count for both sent and received by day, week & month?
On Top of the daily calendar there should be an option to see the Total meeting/Appointment duration for that day.

We should be able to see a trend of emails on a daily/weekly monthly basis. This could help quantify/justify the work that people do
We should also be able to filter the data and to know the trend of emails received from a particular email ID

Many a times a client schedules a meeting, and then keeps re-scheduling multiple times without any specific reason mentioned in it. The option to view previous schedule history as well as how many of the recipients accepted/ declined/ marked it tentative will help create an evidence report in the purview of missing deadlines, or delayed delivery. This option should be available for hosted / received meetings.
Hi, it would be really handy if you had a report that summarised the emails sent to a particular recipient. As a property manager, this would be very handy to show the tenants and their landlords...but mostly if we have to show proof of emails to the court. Dates/times/recipients and subject matter is all that would be required.
