I found the solution with using the app (nine) on Androids. It's perfect on syncing exchange tasks, flaging emails, calendars, ... Etc.
Please give it a try -

I just converted to Tasks from an Excel One Drive spreadsheet that sorted by tasks by date. One of the benefits of the spreadsheet was that I could see it on my mobile phone. I was disappointed to find out that I could not see my Tasks on the mobile version of Outlook.

That would make my life so much easier!!! Actually, I don`t understand, why it hasn`t already been offered?! And also a combination with OneNote would be really great!!

All good input. In fact, MS is so far behind with sync/link/sharing capabilities between Outlook 2016 and other phone/PC Apps, I am thinking of abandoning Outlook, after 24 years. The Outlook 365 product certainly does not live up to any of the marketing hype.

I wish there was an app that synced Outlook tasks effectively with any mobile device. I've not found one. It's mind blowing that this doesn't exist. Maybe I'm a lonely Outlook Task power user.

Touchdown for Smartphones has included Android task sync for years. It's 2017, please add this to Outlook mobile apps.

OH...I LOVE THIS IDEA. I have tried every app out there and none does it right. This seems like such as easy feature to incorporate with Outlook!!!
