Allow Meeting Cancellation by Attendee(s) in Outlook 2016
Allow meeting cancellation by someone other than the organizer. For situations where the organizer is not available or is not the primary facilitator. Solution could look like this: Permit the assignment of an "alternate(s)" with cancellation privileges. This is not intended to allow cancellation of an entire meeting series.

Easily cancel/delete a meeting from the e-mail notifying me that the only attendee has declined
Please provide a feature meeting attendees to be able to cancel meeting of other organizers.
Many times, you will receive a decline for one of your meetings where you are the organizer. You should be able to open the email where the attendee declined and be able to delete the entire meeting from your calendar (and send out a cancelation) right from the opened email.,,,so you don't have to go to your calendar, find the meeting, open it, and send the cancelation.

I have several reoccurring meetings that I need to delete or cancel on corporate holidays. The attendees know there is no meeting on a holiday, so I don't need Outlook insisting I email all attendees when I delete or cancel the meeting. Being able to delete or cancel a meeting without notifying attendees should be a selectable option on the confirmation dialog.
