Include note that explains a schedule change or to add a comment when we make a change to a meeting invite in Outlook 2016
When changing the schedule (or location) of a meeting, include a note about why you're making the change.
Or be able to add a comment when you make a change to a meeting invite. This way, your attendees will know why you are changing something.

Allow for insertion of comments in a proposed meeting that can be visible to the organizer only, selected invitees, all in my company - as contrasted with the comments visible to all invitees. An example of when this is useful is if my professional services organization wants to include the internal billing codes for attendees to be able to timesheet. It would be particularly useful if this could have metadata attached so the content could be imported directly to the timesheet solution (e.g., in Dynamics 365).
Once I make a change to a meeting, before sending an update, I would like the option to add a comment to send along with the update.

I have often needed/wanted to add a comment when rescheduling a meeting. I usually put this in the body on top highlighted with date stamp + reason.
It would be great if this was a special field you could add comments and it would appear on top if the meeting was rescheduled
