Allow customization of space at top of weekly view in calendar

Allow this space to be minimized
This is pretty atrocious!! We work on laptops... this area is often empty so please allow us to minimise this space.
Even with the "Folder Pane" and "Ribbon" minimised... the 'all day event' area (which is where the Date number is shown) takes up half my screen... meaning that I can only see half of my calendar at a time! (Weekly view).
I trust Microsoft employs at least 1 UX designer within the Outlook team..

be able to print a Calendar in the Monthly Style view and have it fit as much meeting/appointment data as possible by being able to remove the months listed at the top right, and being able to change the font of the weekdays and the day numbers on the calendar

The amount of empty space at the top of the calendar in Calendar View is a waste of available screen space. There's no option to shrink or resize it, and we've received numerous complaints about it from our users.
