Add the Sweep feature to Office Outlook 2016
There should be a Sweep feature here similar to Outlook.com.

Either add Sweep, or update Rules to allow for features like "keep the latest and delete the rest". I LOVE sweep but hate having to go to the web interface to get to it every time.

Why isn't there a sweep option in Outlook. This is sooooo ignorant to have it part of OWA but not paid products lacking features makes me think of the monkeys in charge of design are brainless.

Sweep is awesome and makes it much easier for me to deal with all the messages I get everyday.

While I see you brought Focused inbox to Outlook 2019 when using exchange or O365, that still requires us to delete the emails that we would have otherwise swept away.
Please add Sweep to Outlook Desktop! Also as connected accounts in Outlook.com do not delete the email on the connected account. Having that functionality in Outlook Desktop where I could actually delete emails from Gmail, Yahoo, etc would be awesome!

I really can't believe you can't sweep in Outlook 2016. The most common thing everyone wants to do is just keep the latest email from a sender, and delete all the rest, for all the ads coming in every day. It seems like MS is becoming the company of dropping support for everything. You could call me on my windows phone at home, but I had to get an Android. Thanks guys.

Sweep option should allow us to choose number of days. In my use case I would like to set a sweep rule for anything over 1 day. I have system that sends me alerts that I may need to act on. I want them to stay in my inbox for 1 day so that I don't miss them. After 1 day they are no longer valid and I want them deleted. Don't want my inbox cluttered with 10 days worth as the online version lets me set now. Many customers have requested various day they would like options for so just let them choose their own number.

When you're making this change, please also give sweep the option for 10, 30, 60 or 90 days. Thanks

Put 'Sweep' back! Best feature in Outlook. Otherwise, revert my Outlook to the better version!

The sweep feature is very useful. I would like to use it on my Outlook 16. If that is a No - No how can I go back to the last version?

If you can't put sweep in 16, how do I roll the program back to the previous version to get the sweep back?

Please add this feature to Outlook desktop client! It's extremely helpful and a quick way to clean up messages without setting up permanent rules.

Just how it is implemented in Outlook.com, the Sweep function should be added to Outlook 2016. It kind of blew my mind that my favorite new feature in Outlook.com wasn't added to Outlook 2016. Just makes things way easier to clean up. I like to go through each sender individually with Sweep.
Thanks for listening!

The sweep would make Outlook 2016 worth the money that I spent on it.
Seems like a simple fix. -

When I spent money for 2016, was expecting some kind of a sweep tool. You have to go through the rules process to replicate it. Major hassle.
Thanks
