Full support for shared mailboxes/calendars
Shared mailboxes/contacts/calendars should be fully integrated.
The calendar should pop up notifications as well as for new mail in shared inboxes.
When creating a new email, the from address should be easily selected, and shared addresses should auto complete. shared contacts should be fully editable. etc. Also It would be useful to be able to share a birthday calendar.
Also, there should be ability to view shared calendars in iOS native calendar also. Additionally an option to share my calendar with someone who had a gmail account that is out of the network I have on Outlook.

If you are poking through a shared calendar I currently cannot access the prompts to create a Teams/Skype meeting. Instead I need to click back to a timeslot on my own calendar. Typically I am trying to setup a meeting based on other members' availability and if I am trying to schedule that meeting in the one tiny open slot in their jam packed schedule it is a hassle to then have to click back to mine and find that same slot.
Show who marked an email complete for shared mailboxes. This way you know who was responsible for completing the task.
It would be extremely helpful if there was a deleted task area so you could see any tasks that were deleted by yourself or another user.
There have been times when someone else has deleted my task and I had no idea it was deleted as I was never notified and it simply disappears with no record of ever being there.
Also, if I create a task, it would be nice to be able to set up notifications for the task so I am notified anytime a change has been made to the task.
An edit history would also be great so I could see date and time stamps of progress in a task until completion.

This is a new issue that started from Jan2020 - when you use the Details Style to print the items in a Group Calendar, the body of those calendar items has a new line/space added between each row of text. If you use the Memo Style to print the same item, there are no double spaces between each row of text.
We reported this to MS and they acknowledged the issue above from their end and advised it was caused by a recent change and the only way to get it resolved was to post here and hope that others vote this up when they start searching for a solution to this problem.

Prompt Users to share their Calendar info.
EG. Company A shares Calendar info (busy/free) with outside tenants.
Company B can see the free/busy info for Company A
Company A can still not see B's Free/busy times.
Prompt the user from Company B to share their info.
Would like to have individual view settings applied to a shared mailbox.
At the moment Outlook with synchronize view settings for all users using the single shared box.
Makes no sense to me as Outlook is a mere client so viewing settings in the mailbox should be as per user preference.
Especially when you have like 10 people using the same box this can come to some irritation among users.
When creating a new calendar item in the Outlook Group calendar via Outlook app, the item is created on individual group members’ calendar. I would like to create the new event on the O365 Group calendar only like when using Outlook on the web or Outlook client.
Go to a group calendar
Create a meeting
Delete the group and yourself from the recipients and add some other recipients
Send the meeting
It will appear in the group calendar (OK), in the recipients calendar (OK) and also in your calendar (incorrect).
You have to open meeting again and delete your name from the "To:" field and send update.

Be able to send calendar invites from a different, shared inbox
For financial management (particularly personal finances), I wish there was a way to create a calendar that was not necessarily based on people, but tasks, such as keeping track of bills.
Would be exceptional if it was tied to bills via their websites (e.g., like adding an icalendar) and would update continuously, but at the very least I wish I could create a calendar group that I could share with my wife and track bill due dates, identify automatic payments, and verify payments made.
I have found that with electronic statements, I am having a harder time keeping track of bill due dates than when I kept paper statements. Relying on myself to contstantly enter due dates is problematic and I have also had trouble with missing mail from my postal carrier. This would be huge.
Hoping it seems worthwhile.
I would like you to implement a reminder function on the shared mailbox calendar which is added with full-access in Outlook client.
We have an ORG inbox called "Accounts Payable3" and wish to auto-forward either through Rules or Settings to another inbox. Please add this functionality. It will greatly assist.
maybe the online mode for shared mailboxes can be tuned with some kind of prefetching infos like "subject/from/messagecount" for faster listing when a folder is clicked. (a small fingerprint micro caching)
create separated ost cache files per shared mailbox and other user mailboxes. better syncing and debugging of cached elements.
In corporate world, when using a generic mailbox to send outlook e-mails, we need to have a feature to know which user has sent the mail
Should be as simple as right-click on either a group or shared mailbox and select "send email as"...

At my organization we are always looking for better ways to manage our inboxes as they are generally overflowing. It would be more efficient to have a newsfeed ala facebook in which members of a designated (internal work division) could post and others comment and "like" instead of replying to an email and clogging up the inbox. It would allow us to keep the inbox more for communications with external customers and more sensitive communications while info the whole team needs to see and react too in the newsfeed....which could be archived/saved like a person's facebook profile page.
If you manually add a resource mailbox, you cannot view the free/busy information on the most top of the group schedule in Outlook client. But if a user has a full permission to a resource mailbox added by automapping, the information will be shown. We would like to show the free/busy information of resource mailboxes even if it is added manually without a full permission.
I have trained our organization to report messages to Microsoft using the "Report Message" add-in on Outlook. However I am unable to report messages in shared mailboxes for some unknown reason. Error that is returned: Cannot get the message from Exchange server as the message is still not synced between client and server, please try again later.
