Full support for shared mailboxes/calendars
Shared mailboxes/contacts/calendars should be fully integrated.
The calendar should pop up notifications as well as for new mail in shared inboxes.
When creating a new email, the from address should be easily selected, and shared addresses should auto complete. shared contacts should be fully editable. etc. Also It would be useful to be able to share a birthday calendar.
Also, there should be ability to view shared calendars in iOS native calendar also. Additionally an option to share my calendar with someone who had a gmail account that is out of the network I have on Outlook.
When people send you a file, you want to save it directly to one of your Teams folders. Now that MS change default of Groups Displaying in Outlook, you can NO LONGER select groups that were created through Teams.
Even if you choose OneDrive, it doesn't allow you to navigate to shared libraries.
So you have to save files (local or up on OneDrive), and then immediately go and MOVE the file to the location that you really want it.
In the Calendar tab, you can create groups and have your contacts listed there in their respective groups. E.g. security, HR, finance, IT, controlling, ...
On setting up a new laptop they weren't synced. The groups are empty. Online, they are still there. OST file change doesn't help. Neither does a repair. So how about a download either within the desktop application or from the online solution?
All the other folder picker dialogs in Outlook (2019/Office 365) allow us to select a Public Folder but the Quick Step dialog does not. Please allow a Public Folder to be selected in the Quick Step dialog.

If you have a shared mailbox in your main email file you have to pick the mail signature every time you send or receive an email. Why can't you set default email signatures for the shared mailbox like you do for your primary one? This would be extremely helpful

If you have a shared mailbox in your Outlook account so you can have multiple email addresses to send & receive mail you have 2 calendars. It would be helpful to have only one integrated calendar so people viewing your diary can see everything you have scheduled . Would also be more user friendly for the owner rather than having to overlay multiple calendars

Similar to Windows 10 Mail/Calendar and Outlook on Android (and other types of connection in Outlook), please allow users to setup an "account name" for the mailboxes that they use rather than only allowing the full email address. Also allow users to say, as part of the account settings, whether the Calendar, Contacts, etc. should be visible in the client, and whether Groups should enabled or disabled on the account. This would allow users to keep their lists of folders, calendars, etc. much easier to navigate especially if they have more than one account that they access through Outlook.
I want to see a notification of any appointment added on my behalf to my Outlook Calendar.
We use a shared mailbox for scheduling appointments for our customers. Our Inbox gets filled up with meeting invites, because there is no way to enable Automatically Accept meeting invites, and then remove from Inbox.
More control over calendar sharing for admin, such as limiting the dates clients can choose from.
We currently use group calendars of teams to enter our holidays there. This also works perfectly so far. Except when an appointment is cancelled, the appointment in the team calendar is not automatically removed. We have not found a way to automatically remove cancelled appointments in the team calendar. Is there a solution?

In the Microsoft 365 group displayed in the Outlook client, it is not possible to manually mark the received mail as read or unread, so please add a function.
Also, read and unread status is not synchronized with Outlook on the Web, so please improve the function so that it is synchronized.
I am working with two O365 Accounts, as I am working for two departments. It is one group, but two different companys. It is really anoyng that there is no function to keep both calendar up to date.
My colleagues from company A only see my company A entrys
My colleagues from company B only see my company B entrys
If then someone from A is planning an appointment with me, where in Calendar B is aready an appointment I am double booked.
My actual workaround is to force everyone to sent calendar invites only to my company A Account, and I am not using Calendar B anymore.
This is very stupid, especially when it comes to external people which are sending invites and then are wondering why I forward it from B to A by myself to have it in one calendar. They then got a message that company A is envolved and than it is very strange for them to understand
There needs to be a function to keep both calendars up to date between 2 or more o365 accounts with different domains.
I ma using O365 online, with iOS on my mobile and with Windows 10 on my SurfaceBook.
To overlay both calendars is not an option, as this is only possible for me, but not possible for my colleagues between company A and company B and as well not possible for external people.
Need a way to track category / color changes made by users who can access a shared mailbox. Add category to your auditing https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-security-and/exchange-mailbox-auditing-will-
When in a Group inbox (Office 365 Group / Teams Group), let us be able to flag the messages, so that user 1 can see, that user 2 is working on that mail.
I am trying to contact someone whom I know has a PA to organise his diary, however there is no field in the Contact Card or Outlook Contact to add the PA's details so I have to search through old emails to remember who the PA is, or I have to keep a separate list in another programme / book which is not ideal.
There should be a field in the manager's outlook contact form to record who the assistant or suitable other person to contact is, and it should be able to be linked directly to that person's contact card to provide additional information, pulled through from the other card.
You can't use "Sent on Behalf" when using a Multi-Exchange-Environment.
You have to Grant "Send As" which should be fixed.
We're Using service center Mailboxes with a lot of people accessing the associated one.
For quality assurance we need the "Send on Behalf" feature.
We're adding the service center mailbox and authenticate it with the respective user (The user has "full access and "Send on behalf").
So users can only access the service center mailbox and send in behalf of the service center.
you always get an error with missing permission to send on behalf of that user.
I utilize Other Calendars to have a calendar where I keep track of my employees sick and vacation time. I would like to be able to share this calendar with my supervisor, but it seems I can only share My Calendar.

In Outlook (Exchange) a calender group of my team (which I manage), and my managers team are available (Exchange manager attribute). But unfortunately I cannot add other team managers calendar groups to my Outlook because of the current by design limitation.
However, I like to challenge limitations - especially ”by design” performance and usability limitations.
Therefore I raise this improvement request, because it will make coordination across manager portfolios faster, more easy, flawless, and additionally always up-to-date with organizational changes.
I hope You have a chance to escalate and/or implement improvement suggestions rather than just accepting the as is solution.

Emails are received only in Group Inbox for the emails sent to newly created Group in O365 and not in the actual Inbox. There should be toggle button available for the users to choose if they want to get the emails directed to Group Inbox into their actual Inbox as well.

When an email is sent to a dynamic distribution group, the users in the group are unable to see voting buttons. This works fine with standard distribution groups just not dynamic.
