Full support for shared mailboxes/calendars
Shared mailboxes/contacts/calendars should be fully integrated.
The calendar should pop up notifications as well as for new mail in shared inboxes.
When creating a new email, the from address should be easily selected, and shared addresses should auto complete. shared contacts should be fully editable. etc. Also It would be useful to be able to share a birthday calendar.
Also, there should be ability to view shared calendars in iOS native calendar also. Additionally an option to share my calendar with someone who had a gmail account that is out of the network I have on Outlook.
Please Support shared Outlook.com calendars.
When adding a new shared calendar it takes minutes to load for intensely used calendars. Please preload the daterange that is visualized in the interface, updated the interface and load all the rest in the background afterwards.
If someone has delegate/shared mailbox added to their account, when creating a new email they cannot use the contacts in the delegate/shared mailbox when clicking the To in the new email. The contacts are not added to their address list.
Allow access to the delegate/shared mailbox contacts folders to be added to the address list.

Don't prefer to add shared mailbox as additional mailbox because, there will be additional notifications pop up when emails flow into the shared mailbox. Imagine if there are 20 person using a shared mailbox and each person get 5 mails/day, there will be additional 100 notifications but only 5 is related to me. Don't you think that is a distraction to work?
It would be ideal to have a reminder sent to everyone that shares a calendar so everyone is aware of an upcoming event, appointment, or all day task the effects the whole office.

You are telling for almost one year now that you are working on the Reintegration of Outlook.com shared calendars in Outlook. But nothing happens...... we still cannot edit the shared calendars with Outlook. Caused by an update from Microsoft.... :-(

I have a number of shared inboxes on my account. I can flag emails from my own inbox and they show up automatically in my To-Do List on the Tasks pane. However, when I flag emails in a shared inbox, they don’t show up anywhere in the Tasks pane meaning I can’t create a comprehensive To-Do List. I find the list really helpful in knowing what emails I have replied to, what I need to follow up, work I still have to do etc, so not being able to flag anything from the shared inbox into the To-Do List is really frustrating. I can of course flag the emails within the inbox and then change the sorting so that these emails are shown first, but it’s not the same.

Enable "auto" invites/removal of meeting attendees based on active tracking of Distribution Groups . This will help make Distribution Groups effective for both Email and Calendar.

it would be great if the shared calendar HTML link auto refreshed, so when someone on their calendar adds an event, it automatically populates on the shared HTML file
Especially useful for public displays on monitors for Emergency services, Hospitals, etc.

Prior to upgrading our company product, I was able to share the vacation calendar with our "allstaff" distribution group. This feature is no longer available. I now have to share with every employee individually. This is time consuming. I would love to be able to just click share, click on the global group and send. Please add this feature back. It was priceless.
We often need to open the diaries of each (internal) attendee so as to reschedule. Given the list is in the form already it would be a productivity boost if we could right-click the meeting and choose "open all internal participants' calendars".

Today I tried to schedule a meeting for myself and 3 colleagues, but while their calendar tabs showed up instantly, they were blank for about three minutes until all the data had been retrieved.
A three-minute wait for creating a meeting is a long time.
Maybe this can be done faster by prioritizing the important data (any items that would be visible in the present view) and then send the rest of the calendar data after that?
In any case a near-instant update (1–3 seconds for a handful of calendars) of the calendar view of colleagues' calendars would be helpful.
Note that for two of the three colleagues this was the first time I viewed their calendars.

I would like you to implement a new feature for users to view member information for a shared mailbox in the detailed page from Address Book in Outlook client.
This feedback is based on a customer voice from support SR.

BRING BACK: I need to edit Categories in Shared Mailboxes like I used to do. I have all permissions and ownership, but still can't edit.
Fabrice Mantoan commented
Permissions should be transfered to Apps for Office (add-ins) too.

With the new Calendar sharing options it is now possible to restore a deleted calendar item from another user his/her calendar. These deleted calendar items are visible in the “restore deleted items” from the user his primary mailbox. This option does not make any sense because the user is not the creator or owner from these calendar items. Why should these items be visible?
This option should not be forced and should be optional (Enable/Disable.

Search in Outlook 2016 "Search all mailboxes" doesn't include emails in the folders of a shared mailbox. This will only work if you choose the criteria to be "Current folder".
