Option to allow ability to automatically over ride fonts, font sizes, and colors in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to be able to automatically over ride fonts, font sizes, and colors in any received emails in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to show emails in fonts settings set by user.

Please add Control over Font Type, Style, Color & Effects in Calendar Appointment Title. This will help when the category background is a darker color and a lighter font is necessary for legibility, or when I want to choose a bold font with a bright color so an appointment will stand out on the calendar, for example.

Outlook Application Font Size is too small. Need it to be bigger and thicker, so that it will make more visible.

Please give us the option to Change the font size for the calendar/date navigator. The latest update shrunk the font size which makes it harder to read and I dont' see any way to make it larger unless I increase my font size for everything on my computer .
increase/decrease font size or font type in Navigation Pane
I wish there was a way to change the font size on an INCOMING email in Outlook 365, not just the reading pane (I know how to do that) but in body of email. I would like to set a default size of font rather than increase it one email at a time. That's a hassle.
the font should be set by default for each linked mailbox. For example, I have 2 companies, each of which has a different corporate identity. The signature can be adjusted per inbox, but not the letterhead. This should also work for the stationery
When writing an email, the default font color is a blue that is not one of the options in the Font Drop down. If I'm editing and need to make other text match the email font, the color is not in the drop down and I have to select text, color match the color, and then apply. Why is the default color for emails not included in the basic text drop down? Please add this as one of the default colors along with black.
A single font adjustment tool which makes every displayed font in Outlook larger/smaller by the same percentage. Today, I have been searching for an hour to find ways to adjust all the different fonts displayed on different areas of the inbox, which are all too small. I have not found them all yet. Maybe after another hour or two. The existing tools which allow tweaking individual fonts could be kept. Past versions of Outlook had this same problem.
The fonts & overall appearance of MS Outlook are very thin and narrow. I dont see a feature to flip the appearance of outlook to harder, bolder fonts and borders to all items displayed on Outlook. It's hard for a 45 year old to see screen items. Poor UX. Fix.

Please add the ability to set one font size throughout the entire application. The default everywhere is 8 points! 8! Every single folder, calendar, task view, contact, etc, I have to click about 10 times - at least - to change every setting in that 1 folder up to 9 or 10. And then do it all over again for the next one. Thanks.

I want to make the font size be bold and darker so that it would easy for me to read the emails.
This is for us older people who can't see very well. Can you please make Outlook 365 to where the font size can be changed like in Outlook 2010 for the folder pane,
emails and reading pane? Thank you.
Please make it easier to change the font size in Outlook for those of us with vision issues. One place to change all fonts. And stop reverting back to smaller font every few days. Once changed keep it that way! When it reverts back for no reason it is hard to fix it again when you can't see the smaller font and have to do it in multiple places.
Be able to easily adjust the default FONT in emails!
There should be a way to easily set up a default font for these emails. Mine is set on font 11 and it's really annoying having to change it back to a legible size as a i write every single email! I tried to look but I couldn't find anyway for me to change it permanently.

Make the font in the Outlook Address book larger and the font selectable. In fact make the Address largeable!

I have a problem with the size of the letter in mail, it is very small despite having configured the letter CALIBRI and size 14
I have a problem with the size of the letter in mail, it is very small despite having configured the letter CALIBRI and size 14. It comes theoretically in this typeface and format but very small.
Please how could I fix it.
Thank you so much,
Outlook lets you slide the zoom setting or ctrl-scroll to increase the font size in the reading pane. But who wants to do that 100 times a day? No one! Therefore, we need a setting to PERMANENTLY set the font family and size in the reading pane. I only have a 2560x1440 monitor (semi-high-res), and the font is much too small. I can't imagine how bad it would be on a 4K monitor. It's possible to permanently increase the font family/size in the message list, but not the reading pane. Please make it consistent throughout Outlook - provide options for controlling the font family and size everywhere, in every pane. Thank you.

Could you please give us the choice of choosing our font in the tool bars and folders... If you do have this feature, I cannot find how to do it. I cannot even use the " Ctrl + " option t make it bigger.
Give users the ability to change the viewed icon size for mail attachments, both of incoming and out going mail.
They are just too big .
(Admittedly they are great for those people who have eyesight problems.....)
