Accept invitations to any calendar without notifying others in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide an option to accept invitations to any calendar without notifying others in Microsoft Outlook 2016 .
When you make an update to the content of your calendar invitation, it sends another notification to everyone who was invited. Having the option to NOT send a notification to everyone would be helpful.
When you add someone to the invite, it gives you the option to not send a notification, but that is the only time those options appear.
In particular, a calendar that is in Publi Folders

I see that this may not be clear. If I have more than one e-mail address and someone send me an invitation using the "wrong" address e.g. a social meeting to my work address, if I accept the invitation it is automatically added to the calendard for that account (e.g. work). When I create an e-mail or meeting request i can choose which account to send it from by using a pull down if I hae multiple active e-mail accounts. So why not the same for an invitation i.e... I get to direct it to the account I want to use
