We already have this feature in OWA, expecting the same in Outlook for Windows

When the organizer of a meeting sets an OOO message, all of the meeting attendees for the meetings created by this individual during the OOO perioid should receive an automatic cancelation notice of the scheduled events from the organizer. At the very least, this should be an option aavailable to the event organizer when setting up their OOO status.

Gmail does this nicely. We need it for outlook.

This must be an easy change to make and would be a great new feature

I've just lost 30 minutes of my time deleting all my calendar event because i'm gooing on Paternity leave and I had 2 month to delete.
Also my cell is connected to my mailbox (job provided cell) and it will notify me if there is new appointement sent.
This will unfortunatly remind me of work during that time..:( -

create the ability to group appointments during your out of office period and send a reply to the specific appointments during the OOO period that you are ooo and will not be attending, versus having to do each meeting

Reoccurring meetings should only cancel for that day/week. There should not be a pop up asking one or all future when the reason is vacation, out of office, etc.
