THANK YOU KINDLY, JEAN BECKERS
I have many different teams which I have groups setup. I would like to have the ability to add an Icon to my team name so I know I am in the correct group. All my teams bear my name, its a pain to have to check each one.

What this refers to is that contact card thing. You can see the spot where a picture should go but cannot add by double-clicking the picture. Instead you have to figure out how to convert it to a full contact (a process that I'm still confused by) and then attempt to open the full contact if it lets you. Then you can finally add the photo.

As another Outlook user, this request confuses me. Outlook has this ability and always has, as far as I can recall. And this happens to be one of those Outlook features that's not buried deep down in the menus; there is a Picture tool right on the main Contact ribbon bar.

How would this differ from the Contact photo feature that is in Outlook since 2003?
