Option to print only selected text in an email in Microsoft Outlook 2016
An option to an email's contents and then only print the highlighted item in Microsoft Outlook 20106 would be beneficial. At present, you can only print the whole email.

It's problem in other microsoft aplications (EDGE, OneNote) too. If you think about environment, you must change it. This is one of the reasons, which many people use Chrome! Wake up please, thanks.

MICROSOFT!! Please tell me why you no longer allow me to edit an email message? All I want to do is delete unwanted text from a msg before I print it!! Thats it!! What a stupid decision Microsoft!

When you reply to an email, there should be an ability to print your email only - not the original content (Page should still be headed with email detail)

Sometimes the emails that have been sent to big groups of people has to be printed. Please include an option to print or not print the recipient list when printing emails.

I woul d like to just print the contents of many emails (eg email invoices) with out the email header (eg Subject, From, To, etc) being included. Having a check box for this on the print dialog would be so much better.
Currently, I have to select "view it in a web browser" and then print it from there. -

Would this ever help me! I need to print emails for records. It is INFURIATING that the only way to control page size is to copy the message into word processing and use % from that, or even use my photo editing to crop out unnecessary frills.
Like the HUGE !!! RIDICULOUSLY nearly HALF A PAGE of "intro" that drives a simple receipt into TWO PAGES!!!!!!!!!!

It would be quite nice actually if we could print portions of email conversations without having to reprint pages previously printed.

Restore option to print incoming and outgoing emails in the "draft" printing mode, thereby using less printer ink.

Please restore the choice to print incoming and outgoing emails in "draft" mode, which doesn't use up so much printer ink!

When the dialog for printing an email comes up, Memo Style is highlighted. Would be much better if Print was highlighted as 9:02 am is in Word and Excel.

Let me have basic formatting options. Let me shrink to fit or change a margin or anything!

Currently, when you print from Outlook, a person's name is the top header. There should be a way to eliminate this, especially in a business setting.

If you search for a subject in inbox or sent, it would be nice to be able to print a list of those emails per email by selecting & right clicking on mouse to print a list--even cooler would be to print into excel,

Deveria permitir selecionar mais de um anexo para ser impresso. No momento a gente só consegue selecionar um por um.
