Preserve reminders moving appointments already expired
When an item on the calendar is moved to a new time, after the original time has passed, it does not automatically carry the reminder with it. This is so stone age. For example: I have an event for June 3rd at 9.00 AM with a 15 minutes reminder. I am unable to get it done so at 10 a.m. I move it to June 6th at 2 p.m. The reminder should automatically be applied. In other words, reminders should not expire. They should be a characteristic of the event which stays there until removed by user. Please refer to Google Calendar to see better functionality.

Reminders about calendar appointments that happened 8 hours ago or 16 hours ago or 2 days ago are useless. It should be an option to keep reminders on for calendar events that have not yet happened, but off (no reminders/notifications) for events that have already passed. The constant popups for events that happened many hours or days ago are annoying. It seems like the only way to avoid after-the-fact reminders is to open up the event on the calendar (another waste of time for events that don't involve any additional information than what's displayed on the summary calendar)

I 100% agree with this. I always copy an event to future days and I shouldn't have to reset the reminder after the event has passed.
