Multi-Lingual Reply Tags (RES / RE / ODP / 答复) Should be Omitted or Grouped in Subject Line, Regardless of Sender's Culture Setting
In multi-lingual organizations that have many responses per email chain, it would be a huge help for Outlook to recognize the various languages that represent "RE:" or "FW:" and omit or group them so that the actual email subject can still be seen for the conversation or standard subject field in any Outlook view.
Alternately, an option to simply hide all known "reply" or "forward" string tags from any subject line could accomplish the same thing.
At the moment I have 20 or 30 email chains which all show something similar to "RE: ODP: ODP: ODP: ODP: RE: ODP: RES: RES: ODP: ODP: ODP: 答复: 答复: 答复: 答复: RE: ODP: ODP: Actual Subj..." This makes it impossible to look at my inbox and have any idea what subjects are being discussed without opening each and every one of the messages to know if I need to respond or not.

Moreover, there are other "tags" to ignore. And not all of them are translaitions of "Re:".
E.g. In our company, emails, that come from "external" people got "[Ext]" prefix. So, this creates "sometopic", "RE: sometopic", "RE: [Ext] sometopic", "[Ext] Re: sometopic", "RE: [Ext] Re: sometopic" and so on. And only in few cases they are correctly grouped as an adequate conversation.
