Option to specify exact date and time for sending an email in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
When we use the delayed emails feature for Outlook 2016, it has an option for not sending the email before a specified date. It'll be better if we can specify the exact date (and, if possible, time) on which to send an email. Or an option to automatically send recurrent emails at a specified frequency in Microsoft Outlook 2016 would be an added benefit.
automatically include ability to automatically send recurrent emails at a specified frequency n outlook 2016 .
I would like to have outlook sends an email every Monday with a specific file to a specific email address.
Today this simple thing is not possible... when will it be?
The conventional way of representing the date in Australia, and no doubt many other places is using a DD/MM/YYYY format, which is not an option when formatting the Received column in outlook, although I'm fairly sure it used to be. I'd like to suggest that the options of 21/09/2017 and Thu 21/09/2017 be included to cater for those who do not subscribe to the american convention of putting the month first.
Propose an option that enables the user to create an email that will be regularly and automatically sent (to one or several persons) according to a rule previously set by the user (for instance on a daily basis or monthly basis or annually) which can be very useful to remind your team that they have to fill in the time sheet or hand over their expenditures , etc.
