Option to Customize the Office Applications themes independently.
It would be nice if we could customize the color scheme / look and feel of the office apps independently of each other. I like my word in dark theme but One Note and Outlook in their respective colors. Now you have to choose one look wholesale for the whole system which seems strange.
Also, please add a ‘Classic Office’ Theme to render all office products in their default themes from 2003/2007/2012.

When you create a new email message (outlook desktop app), go to the OPTIONS ribbon and select the THEME dropdown, you can choose a theme (Office is default, then there's Facet, Ion, Wisp, etc - all which are available in the other Office apps).
However, unlike the other Office apps, there is no way to set your preferred theme as a default so if you want to use a different theme, you need to select it manually EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU SEND AN EMAIL. Very frustrating. Can we have an option to set a default theme as we can in the other office apps?

The current theme options, while great, could use some improvement.
I like both the Dark Gray and Black much better than the Colourful and White, because at least there's some contrast. But it is still very low and makes it difficult to distinguish between menus and buttons.
***For the Dark Gray theme - please add more white space.***
Example: Mail View
The light gray background make it seem all the emails are highlighted. The categories (which I love to use) and the colours also don't pop up against this background.
Example: Calendar View
The folder pane looks very busy on the eyes. With more white added here, it'll be a lot easier to navigate. Also for the daily task list pane (below calendar/reading pane), I miss the white space like in the old version. Again, it's very hard to see colours (from the categories) against this background.
Make themes individual to programs
For example, I want Outlook to have Black (dark) theme, but I want Word, Powerpoint and Excel to have Colourful theme. It would be good if the setting could be for each program, rather than one controlling all.

Me gustaría que su software de correo electrónico contara con la posibilidad de personalizar el background con una imagen al gusto. Ya que permite una mejor personalización y ayuda al usuario a sentirse más conectado su software. Saludos
The gray background is too close in value to the text when you turn on Gray Theme. either lighten the gray or darken the text color.

Sometimes during meetings I need to present from my e-mail. And the White theme is more suitable for that purpose. While when I work I prefer the Black theme.
it would be nice if in the Office Accounts settings, the Office Theme has an option to select a picture from either a Microsoft gallery or a picture from the pc.
I find the gray design to be pleasant for my eyes. Unfortunately, absence days do not stand out from the background and you can not seem to adjust it. If you change to the dark design, the calendar looks really appealing: strong colors and a well distinguishable background. But the appearance of the email inbox is not optimal. Solution: freely selectable colors or more view options in the calendar.
I work in company which we were working with Office 2007. In this version, we have several Outlook Themes and we could see yellow folders in left column when you organize all your emails.
Now we have started to work with Office 365 which has very few themes and now yellow folders have dissapeared in left column or in most zones there is the same color.
In general now its not so comfortable to see different zones in Outlook.
In this aspect I dont understand why with new versions, the design is worst and less comfortable.
Please it would be very usefphul if you take it into account for future versions.
would be cool if we could get a wider variety if different backgrounds.
I want to be able to change my taskbar colors in 0365BP
Why not go crazy and allow a customized "portal" of your outlook today (tasks/calendar) to be part of your windows desktop theme. I would love to have that option!

Simply to offer the user a PRO feature which allows to CUSTOMIZE!!!
We don't want to be told by an expert which buttons, functions or actions we have at hand.
And that "expert" for the worst, guesses wrong!
Please, go back to give FREEDOM to the advanced users as it was before 2007.

Introduce Variety of Themes like Firefox.
100% support this request, especially 'classic office'
The new fonts/colours/display is almost unuseable, I have wasted literally hours trying to get the fonts to be readable in outlook.
And why would I want all my applications to have to use the same theme, its already almost impossible to see what I'm looking at. with these new windows that show nothing well, they could at least be using different colours to tell them apart.

Outlook - White Theme - Why does the font color for the Sent From, Subject, etc. have to be in the color of Navy? Need option to change. Would like a White/Black combo (similar to Outlook 2010)
Office è un programma stabile ma è noioso, perché le personalizzazioni sono limitate tipo pc anni 80^. Grazie R.
Office is a stable program but it is boring, because customizations are limited like the 80s. Thanks R.
The program is rigid, it gives you the impression of not being your program, but of someone else.
I would like to have the possibility to send a page via e-mail with an elegant and personalized background, avoiding those few old and ugly personalizations. The program proves backward.
Not only for those who use it every day, but don't know all the functions, it would be nice if the program itself intuitively suggested what it could offer.
Then there are limitations that I find silly. For example if I want to copy my pec address long and difficult I can't pass over it and click the right button because you can't. Why can't you?
Outlook is very difficult to see. It eeds more contrast. I know you wanted it to look very clean and modern but it just look lazy. The thin grey lines on a white back lit background is ridiculous. I really hate using it and wish I options to change line thickness, contrast color. anything
