Option to Customize the Office Applications themes independently.
It would be nice if we could customize the color scheme / look and feel of the office apps independently of each other. I like my word in dark theme but One Note and Outlook in their respective colors. Now you have to choose one look wholesale for the whole system which seems strange.
Also, please add a ‘Classic Office’ Theme to render all office products in their default themes from 2003/2007/2012.

allow users to customize the colors they would like to use in addition to the defaults in office themes. User would have the option to set up color format based off of ease of use for them visually

There should be new themes and coloring. We should be able to sort the folders into color groups. Different e-mail addresses must be in different colors, different fonts, etc.

Mail too white & light. Makes it difficult to find things. Was happy with the way Outlook 2010 looked - can we have options to create our own settings for backgrounds & borders etc

The buttons for the new Windows 10 version of Outlook for "Accept Meeting, Reply All" etc. are too faint and need a subtle highlight by changing the button background color to grey or something rather than just white which matches the rest of the background.

I need a "useful" theme which is not delivered by default. I have to concentrate ******* "to which window does this area belong?" rather then concentrating on my work. Why did you remove the "classic" themes like "XP" or "Win7"? Maybe they are not so nice, but they are VERY useful (if tranparency is turned off) !

It would be nice to have the office programs theme change based off the OS theme.

As many financial professionals use your Microsoft 365 software (Office applications), you should add a financial theme option.

Yes, plus the current themes are not good at all. How about some contrast? In Outlook it's impossible to see what is going on. Only the dark grey works in that regard.
An even better idea would be to let the user specify their own colors for various elements. Ex: Dark grey for back ground, Dark green for highlighted item, white for ...

The existing themes are truly awful

As a dyslexic I need to use a clear and manageable interface based on symbolic pictorial icons, this over simplified icon set is unusable for day to day work, all icons blur together and they are hard to distinguish. Frankly this approach is insulting to many who find it difficult to use and the lack of consideration and flexibility does not reflect well on Microsoft. MS again have shown that they don't really care about the usability of their products or the satisfaction of their customers

Dear Outlook 365 developers,
I'm really loving Outlook 365 and the regular updates that are making the app better and better. Thank you so much.
It would be excellent if you could add the option of applying the Windows 10 accent colour to Outlook, which should result in new emails being highlighted in the Windows 10 accent colour, instead of the default blue colour of Outlook.
This would make Outlook 365 much more personal.
It would be excellent if this feature could be considered in a future update.
Thank you so much for everything. Please keep it all up! -

The block screen on the left of the email that says "select an item to read" should be decorated with images, to advance the aesthetic appeal of the product.
