Option to Autostart Microsoft Outlook 2016 with WIndows
Adding an Option to Auto-start Microsoft Outlook 2016 with Windows would be beneficial.
To be able to have the option to start up outlook on computer startup, so it automatically loads

This along with minimize to tray would be so helpful. We have clients constantly thinking they sent emails but they're stuck in the outbox because Outlook wasn't opened when they sent it.
"Launch at Windows starup" should definitely be a feature in Outlook settings. I know I can just make a shortcut in Startup folder, however this is a faulty soluition. With this, regardless of the shortcut setting "run minimized" or "run maximized", Outlook always launches as a non-fulscreen foreground window. Also, "run in background" would be appreciated, it's far from convenient when I turn on my laptop in public and my private/business mailbox pops up on the screen.
I can´t understand that there isn´t an autostart option!
Or better it would be like the internal windows mail app, it starts a backgroundtask to check mails and kalender, an you see new items in the notification center an on the taskbar, and you start the app when ever you want by yourself.
But you will ever stay informed about new mails or kalender entrys, and don´t have to think about you have autostarted outlook or not, and a background task takes not much performance as like the whole programm...

In working space. I cannot use Email, Calendar and People app on Windows 10. And when I starup my PC I have to open Outlook to working.
Why don't we running Outlook 2016 as a service, startup with windows, show calendar on look screen, send email with small popup on notification, find people on search bar instead of default app.
Or bring Outlook 2016 to UWP on store like Word and Excel.
Outlook takes a long time to start, its needing much improvement in this domain.
If the application cannot fully start up in time, could you make it where one can begin interact read/write emails while the rest of the application starts up.
I had to wait 1.5 minutes or longer, and it was at the end of the day and my boss was getting impatient.

I work with Outlook program every day instead of default app like Mail, Calendar and People on Windows 10. But there's tiny problem that sometime, I forgot start Outlook, or use startup menu on start folder is very bother me which I just wanna run Outlook in background to update new email and calendar.
So, this options keep outlook running in the background and I can still work with other app without open Outlook again.
It will be better if this option just keep outlook update the email and get notification without wasting RAM. When need it, I can open it later and the mail box always updated.

The obvious alternate method of adding a shortcut to the Startup folder is only a workaround and not a once and for all solution. I've noticed that, for some reason, the shortcut stops working after getting an update for Outlook, and the solution is to recreate the shortcut.
It would be easier to have an option within Outlook itself.
Can add a shortcut to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (copy and paste works) to msoutlook, will start on startup.
