Option to set Multiple Reminders for a calendar Item in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Option to allow calendar items to have multiple reminders in Outlook 2016. As an example, it would be great to be able to set one reminder for two days before and another for one hour before. Also setting multiple reminders and in increment of 5 minutes interval would be an added benefit. Also an option to allow reminders to be changed when right clicking appointments in Outlook calendar.
Also as for the agenda, provide an option to set a different ringtone / alarm clock from the default one.
Microsoft Please wake up!!!! This is such a big issue - we really need multiple reminders. Google has had it for years and i often end up using my personal google calendar to setup meetings and invite my work email to have multiple reminder. i of course cant do this when others are involved and that sucks!
The Goopta will be pleased to have this feature.

I find this quite essential for my workflow... the first reminder would remind me to prepare things, say one or two days before. The second reminder would remind me to check my preparation, say several hours before. The third reminder would remind me to wrap up what I'm doing and start to prepare for the meeting.
Please add this. Google has it for years, you should at least equal them in this regards.

Please. Come on guys. Catch up to google 10 years ago. Or let us sync properly and we'll quit asking.
Still waiting for this feature
Multiple reminders are key!
2020 and this is still not implemented? This should have been basic functionality that was implemented since the beginning of outlook.

Einstein would have needed multiple reminders. When you are solving the mysteries of the universe, matching socks, remembering your own phone number become trivial.
Mothers juggling kids schedules would need reminders too.
On google calendar, Ina reminder forv2 hours before (to get ready) 30 minutes before (to get in the car and leave), andvstill missed an appointnent. I missed one alarm, and was too far away when 30 minute one went off.
I now have one set for the day before so I do not go on any adventures.
And these are DEFAULT alarms so that any event I schedule has alll 3 alarms are AUTOMAGICALLY addded. So Einstein would have it taken care of for him.
MS is so much better than google: I love your OneNote & ToDo apps. You guys are to google what Target is to Walmart.
Please up your calendar game.

Apple Cal allows you to add multiple reminders. I've just changed only because of integration with SF but can't find this function. That is a major shortcoming. If it'
s there and I just can't find it please tell. someone.
Example: a meeting that involves a trip may need a reminder when you prepare for the trip another when you need to leave and a third for the actual meeting. Now you have to make this 3 events.
Why has this not been implemnted.
The free calendars for smatrt phones have had this feature FOREVER!!!
AND a DEFAULT SET of (multiple up to 4) reminders that automatically embed in each new event - duh!!!!
I use thus on my phone on EVERY EVENT/REMINDER
This should be a basic feature. Looking forward to this being an option eventually. I need a reminder at the time of my meeting and 15 mins before
+2. Also needed for my wife (quited the use of outlook) and myself. This functionality was available on her iphone. After moving to android she refuses to use outlook on her mobile

Like hundreds of others I only use Outlook for email because this feature isn't available. This single issue is holding our entire company back from migrating from G-Suite to Outlook......
While you are at it how about search an email for text, does anyone at Microsoft actually use their software?
This would be so helpful. The problem is with long reminders, there's no way to change them so they trigger sooner to the meeting. The only way is to delay them, which is very annoying to do.
E.g. I have a reminder that triggers a week before the event. I want to then be reminded 2 days before. There's currently no way to do that.

Desperately needed feature. Without it, Outlook's calendar is virtually useless.
GIVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE MULTIPLE REMINDERS FOR A SINGLE EVENT
