Option to print Overlay Calendars in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Option to print Overlay Calendars in Microsoft Outlook 2016 would be beneficial. Particularly like to have the ability to overlay calendars arbitrarily whether on the left, right, or any other view configuration.
How does someone working FOR Microsoft print Overlay calendars? I can't imagine that it isn't an issue. Do you have 166,475 people using the same calendar?...oh wait, yeah...that'll work. I just put manufacturing production, installation, bids due, purchasing, receiving, holidays both foreign and domestic, employee paid time off, and 20 personalized calendars on one...PERFECT!!! Thanks Microsoft, now I can see which weekends my coworkers get their kids and when they need to have their yearly colostomy and mammogram screenings AND get all my work organized all in one place!
Print multiple calendars in one view!
Outlook 365: mogelijkheid om met overlay- agenda's te printen. Waarom kan Microsoft dat net regelen ......????
was soll ich sagen - wir brauchen das auch! Dringend! in Office 365
I use several calendars. To be able to print more than one calendar could be very helpful
A great programm with a great weakness!
Printing in an overlay view ist very important! The most people have more calendars: work men, work wife, family, school and so on.
The overlay view helps digital and analog to have all dates at a glance!
Please integrate this feature!!!!
There should be an option to print in overlay view!
We really need this feature. We have 10 meeting rooms and our receptionist would like to have a print out of who is in the rooms for the day. At the moment they have to take screenshots in order to print it out. Why give us the ability to look at the scheduled view but then only allow the print out of one of the checked calendars in that view! Clearly Microsoft have no idea how organisations work!!!

Would be awesome!!! When I fulfil for my Director and still have to attend my meetings as well... ghee it gets confusing following both calendars.
WOW! The first time here someone talked about this was in 2016?!? And MS has still done nothing about it???? SERIOUSLY???? What are you waiting for?

AGREED - this is ridiculous that we can VIEW but not PRINT overlayed calendars. I don't know about you, but between the two jobs I work, I have a private business, plus two children and a spouse all with separate calendars. Overlay visually works fine when I am trying to coordinate work appointments with multiple personal obligations - BUT I NEED TO PRINT IT!!! What is the use of having this feature?? Doesn't make sense that it was offered in previous OS versions but not the latest? WTF guys, come on.
Can we PLEASE be able to print Overlayed Calendars in Outlook 365. It's ridiculous to think that we can view them but not print them. Because we have multiple email addresses with meeting notices and other dates in multiple calendars we want to see and be able to print them as one in single or multiple month print format.

The Outlook Calendar Print Assistant is an imperative tool to work with the new version. This tool was taken away and making a group calendar print impossible. Solutions out there that are trying to bridge this gap requires permission changes that are not possible for our efficiency in working in a multi-user environment with a centralized scheduling employee.
Honestly, I am disappointed this was not part of the basic functionality. If you can view it, then you want to print it that way. The work around is to export each of the calendars and then import them into my personal google calendar. I prefer the Outlook calendar, but being able to use it is actually critical.
Come on Microsoft. please implement this print option....
I can't believe this request has been around since the release of Outlook 2016 and still no response or implementation despite the overwhelming user need?!
I would like to overlay multiple calendars in Outlook client and print out the view as it is.
I have been researching the internet trying to understand why this functionality is missing from Office 365. It's 2021 and people still print calendars. It's great to be able to color categorize the types of appointments and events, but when this simple request can't be fulfilled by Office 365 we are all left shaking our head. C'mon man.

Please add this feature, it is ridiculous that it isn't possible.
