Option to export auto complete list of contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Provide an option to export the email addresses that are not saved in contacts and the contacts that show up in the auto-complete suggestion list and also provide an option to easily save the auto-complete addresses into contacts, so that it could be made possible to export the auto-complete list of contacts easily in Outlook 2016. Also option to display full list of the “Recent People” when composing an email as it is more efficient to use it rather than looking at just 5 contacts.
surprising to note that auto complete list cannot be exported in desktop O365. How come the product development team missed this?

hi, you can go for SysTools Outlook Cached Contacts Recovery to recover recent addresses. with this you can easily export your autocomplete list of Outlook for mac profile4s and identities.
It only provides a couple choices for when i start typing. There are many and there used to be more that populated. Now with this 365 i have to go into contacts and get them so it slows me down more. it should improve , not take more time. Please give more selections for auto-complete, not just 2. This is costing me time. i liked it as it was before this Office 365.

Hi Everyone ..I would love to get back the feature of having the full list of the "Rercent People" when creating a email cause it is more effecient to use it rather than having 5 List of the contact this if for office 365

I have a number of group names which autofill but then have no e-mail addresses behind them. The group sends correctly if I open my address book and manually pick the group name from the list and move it to the 'to' box. How do I replace the incorrect entry with the correct entry in Outlook autofill
Please provide the ability to edit and manage the autocomplete email list like a contact list - many of the suggestions listed for autocomplete are management or group functions. Autocomplete is more fluid in one's work versus traditional contact management.
Give us back the complete list of auto fill address to search when we type an address in the To: bar. Currently we only have the 4 or 5 most recent that pop up. I have hundreds of email address I have on file and its impossible to remember all of them.

I lost my auto-complete information with current e-mails with mistaken keystroke while working in "options." I would very much like to have it back but see no way to recover the information in Outlook. Years of information is now gone.

Fix autocomplete to show more than 5 names at once. Outlook used to show more, this is a very annoying FEATURE they've added. Or at least give us the choice, don't just add in an update.

Very recently, in Office365-licensed version of Outlook 2016/365, the standard AutoComplete list has been replaced by a Recent People list, which shows a maximum of 5 contacts.
In the past, I could press a single letter, and all AutoComplete entries with this letter at the beginnning of their contact name or email address would appear. Now, I need to type more characters to pull up the same entry.
This is crippling for users who only use AutoComplete as their 'Address Book', as they don't remember all the info associated with these entries, and cannot select from a list with all available entries.
Can you add this back, either as a registry key that can be set to 0 or 1, to enable or disable this Recent People functionality, or as an Option inside the Outlook options pane?

When getting a new computer I have experienced difficulty with outlook reloading all my contacts from restore point and then no auto fill for email addresses. This has happened over the years several times, new computers or if someone has to restore files there are no steady services that remain everything needs to be reloaded and then for some reason some tasks or options like auto fill is gone. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!
There was an error with a Update of Outlook and my email Autocomplete list was purged. But the Autocomplete list in the O365 OWA is still populated. I can't find anyway to copy the data from one to the other, even though both are saved in same message store.
I have spent a considerable amount of time and money to try to fix this to no avail. It is frustrating to have the data I need so close an have no way to get it to where I need it.

Office 365 accounts should save Outlook.exe auto complete so it's never lost again after reinstall, and it would allow for sharing across devices.
Auto Correct Option very difficult to find
They disappear after a while when not used and then you have to dig them out from messages ; let them stay part of the list until deleted manually.
