Option to allow Rules to use BCC to selected recipient so that we can BCC emails in Outlook 2016
Currently rules only allow rules to CC a recipient. Provide an option to enable BCC while creating or managing rules. It will allow us to BCC emails and so nobody get to know about the same emails which we are sending in multiple groups.

In my view, the CRM software companies are influencing Microsoft to remove this functionality so that we have to pay for add-on features.
This function was removed from outlook? why? the only thing i can think of is to avoid someone hacking into your account and autoBCCing themselves without you knowing. Microsoft if this is the problem just set up a little reminder every so often that emails are being auto BCCd.

I have some POP accounts and use the rules to get a copy of an e-mail to the Sent Mail folder of my other PCs (one rule to CC, other to move the CC to Sent Mail and mark it read). I used to use a plug-in called 'Auto-BCC', but it won't work on my newest machine for some reason.
An auto-bcc function would be helpful in Outlook for iPhone and Outlook for Android for the same reason.

It's a joke that this hasn't been implemented to be honest.

I need BCC when creating rules to send messages. I want myself to be BCC so that I can keep track of what I said 6 months ago. There's no BCC option. Only CC option. I don't want everyone to see I CC myself on my mails. This should be fairly easy and shouldn't take 4 years.

BCC would be great for us to copy emails to our CRM but not have the customer or client see the custom address links to the crm.

This would be a great way to monitor that emails sent to customers are actually sent (not stuck on a server somewhere, which has happened) - auto-Bcc outgoing messages to a separate account that I can monitor. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a way to auto-BCC all messages sent from my email to our CRM using a contact I've already created. It looks like people have been asking for this for years and there's a mod I can buy but it seems silly to purchase it considering I can auto-CC message just not BCC.
Since this is something folks have been requesting for at least the last 4 years of forums I just read through is it possible to simply open this option?
If, as it seems, the team simply has no interest in responding to this request (again this request has gone back to at least 2015) can we at least be told that it's not going to be an option?
Again it seems silly for my to have to pay for something from Ablebits that I know can be opened up in Outlook it's not not opened up by choice it would seem.

With so many emails landing in my in tray it would be helpful to see how important the emails are. Whether I am the primary recipient or just been cc'd into an email because someone thought I might like to know. It would also be helpful to be able to filter emails so I can choose to see only the emails where I am the primary recipient.

Yeah. This is long overdue. We are paying for a software that is incomplete. We have to shell out just to have auto bcc in putlook.

I need this to log emails in our CRM system. Only option is to download a third party Plug-in to accomplish this
