Special icon for Archive folder in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Option to make the icon for the designated Archive folder match the icon of the Archive button in the ribbon
I have hundreds of folders where I deposit emails. Our auto-archive policy puts these emails into folders with the same name under an archive version of the current folders. In Outlook 2020, a special icon showed that you were looking at an archive folder or regular folder. With so many folders, and needing to get into the archives regularly, I find myself accidentally adding current emails to archive folders. A simple icon here would be tremendously helpful and save time.

When an email alert comes in Windows 10, there should be a couple of buttons there to archive and delete from the alert. Instead of having to click on the e-mail to open it up and then archiving/deleting it.
The new Archive button to automatically move files to an Archive folder by pressing the button or using the backspace key only exists on Outlook 2016 if you get it with Office 365.
Please add it to the standalone versions as well. I purchased mine through the Home Use Program
