Option to make attachments respond to the keyboard the way they have forever
Working with the keyboard and attachments is not up to the mark in Microsoft Outlook 2016. For heavy email users this requires extra efforts and need to be simplified. Provide an option to handle attachments with Keyboard.

Previous version of Outlook made it very easy to attach photos or files, or insert photos into e-mail text. This one makes it harder and more complicated.

A blind lady works in our department and I typically help her where needed (not much - she is quite capable). Because of the afore- and aft-mentioned issues, she is unable to open any but the first attachment.
Also, the Outlook Help program will not load content (she is using JAWS).
Personally, I also agree with the other comments.
If there is more than one attachment, to get each one to display inline, one must keep going back to the original message. And has been reported the keyboard commands only work marginally.
Attachments have many things wrong. When one is being displayed inside the email and you click on 2nd, nothing happens. you have to go back to the message and then click on the 2nd attachment.
Keyboard commands: many just do not work properly.
This has gone on for many releases and is pretty shameful. Attachments worked fine for years and now after months you cannot get them to work properly.
I would be happy to speak with someone and help test for no charge since it is a big part of my use of Outlook. 760-774-1752 (Pacific Time).
Bring Back Ctrl + "Click" to select multiple attachments (not all)
They do not respond to keyboard at all the way they used to do. And evcen with the mouse there are times they do not work correctly. If I click on a picture attached and then click on another, the other does not open until I return to the messsage and then go back to the second attachment I wanted to view inlibne.
