Retain Search Folders
We really would like to be able to access our customized search folders from the Outlook Web App and from the apps on our smartphones. These are very valuable features for our organization. Additionally, any new Outlook profile on a desktop client needs to have these search folders recreated manually, which can be problematic during move/add/change proceedings.

I noticed that at my company, we use archived emails as a valuable resource. Our process is cumbersome, incoming messages are placed in project specific folders and then archived to the networked job folder. This is a resource for other people in the company to search through archived emails. A lot of info gets stuck in one persons email in box - especially if someone leaves the company. I propose outlook doing the processing automatically and making these search folders based on advanced criteria available to others logged into the same project. These search folders should also be automatically archived together to a networked location. Imagine being able to see all relevant emails for a project, even if you aren't cc'd, archived in real time. Hope this is a good tip, Thanks!

Search emails like OneNote performs the search (showing recent ones first, searching on each keystroke on the last ones viewed, etc, etc). OneNote is a fantastic search experience while it can be quite hard to find emails in Outlook.
