Include how many hours a task required
In outlook.com, there is a drop-down menu to include approximately how much time a task will take/did take. This is something that my employer wants to use to see approximately how much time each project we do takes, but this option is nowhere in the downloadable program, only the website. This addition would be perfect for our company's needs.
Display sum total of hours in Status Bar below of the appointments I have selected. Then, I can highlight grouops of tasks and see total hrs

If this data field was available, Microsoft could use it to create a "focused" view of tasks. By knowing the due date, priority, and time required, "Tasks" could suggest a itinerary for your day (similar to what the new ToDo app claims to do)
