Options to store and display Contact details with all the information and options to manage them.
Make it possible to display as well as store all the information related to a contact in People section in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to make it more effective to use. Phone numbers stored and displayed should include all the information in Microsoft Outlook 2016 which include area code and the country code not just the local number. Also if we can get the postal code or Zip Code to auto populate based on the address entered it would be an added benefit. Addition or customization and addition of business card is also needed.
Also i would really like to be able to copy and paste a photo into a contact’s profile without having to save that photo to my PC or cloud.
In Microsoft Outlook 2010, it was possible to configure the application to automatically format a phone number. This automatic formatting included adding the country code.
This feature is useful and gives us the ability to have Outlook automatically format phone numbers completely. Would love to have tabs in contacts - for instance, personal contact list, work etc
When displaying contacts to add as Members of a Group, please add a way to show email addresses only and not FAX numbers. I often don’t know the name of the person I have to send the email to, but I need to send it to a certain company, So I would like to just put the name of the company and it finds all contacts I saved with that company name.
Also when dragging and dropping an email onto the Contacts icon to create a new contact, the new contact card is only populated with email address, and we have to manually cut and paste, drag, other details – company, job title, phone numbers – from the email’s signature. It would be good if Outlook could use AI to identify those fields from the email signature and auto-populate them.
Custom Labels to Contact Phone Number.
I would like to be able to customize the label to a contacts phone number. For example is John Smith has two cell phones, I'd like one labeled: Personal Cell and the other Work Cell.

I want to add a mobile phone number for both spouses in one contact. A custom label feature would make this possible.
Allow the contact card to tell you who the person's Personal Assistant is
There needs to be a way to enter "Custom" phone number types in a contact. I have been able to do this for a long time with my cell phone, but I can not figure out a way to do this in Outlook. If there is a way, please let me know.

Please add the local date time on contact card based on user's location.
Each contact is limited to 3 email accounts, that is fine for your contacts but the user may have more than 3 email accounts.
NEED ABILITY TO EASILY CREATE DISTRIBUTION LIST FROM CURRENT EMAIL AND OTHER EMAIL S TO DRAG AND DROP INTO LIST WITHOUT HAVING TO ADD THEM AS A CONTACT. AND ALSO TO GENERATE A DISTRIBUTION LIST THAT CAN BE SHARED WITH OTHERS FOR INSTANCE SAVED AS A FILE IN SHAREPOINT OR SHAREDRIVE AND OR EMAILED TO SOMEONE WHO CAN JUST SAVE THAT CONTACT LIST TO THEIR OUTLOOK
Have a separate section for the person's extension number by the phone number for each contact (desktop Outlook), it does not work well with the Outlook mobile app to dial a number if you have their extension next to their phone number.
Instead of opening the Contact Card from a Search People query, please give users the option in Settings to always open the full contact record and never the Contact Card.
let us have an ability as well as recent people for the top ten people we email to have a quick start.
ie if i have five pauls but one i talk to regularly let me give him initial so PAB comes up as him
On a person's outlook business card, in addition to just a job title, how about an additional field for their area of expertise, like employment law?

I have multiple email addresses and sometimes I inadvertently send an email to a contact from an Email Address that i don't want to give them access to. what happens is that when i look for their emails they are now in two different inboxes because they just did a reply to whichever FROM email i used. if there were an option in the address book to assign a FROM email address to a contact, or use the current one if BLANK, that would eliminate this problem..
Please provide a few more "User Fields" (currently limited to 4)

Have the ability to add additional contact emails to a contact. Have the ability to select a default account to use. Some people use multiple email addresses for different subjects. This would allow all of them to be saved under a single contact instead of multiple listings of the same contact.
We need to be able to add custom labels for phone numbers for Outlook contacts. Right now you are only able to select from a preset list (Assistant, Business, Business 2, Business Fax, Callback, Car, etc.) This list needs to be fully customizable!
ADD A AREA OR NEAR BY LOACATION FEATURE IN ADDRESS
When opening the window for adding a new contact or any contact for that matter, there is a "business card" that is located near the top of the right hand corner. When right clicking the card, one can edit the information displayed. I want to be able to set the default font color and the default background color so that everytime I work with any contact, I have these options. I am using Outlook 2019.

so many people still have extensions to dial. it would be great if there were a separate box for the extension. currently, i have to put it in with the number so my iphone cannot automatically dial the number as there are too many characters
Add a field for nickname to Outlook Contacts similar to Google Contacts
Organisational Contacts are pretty good - anyone in my org. can search them really easily.
However I can't add an image (a person, the logo of their organisation etc.) so just end up with a sea of blank face icons.
I also can't add any 'free form' notes (e.g. "Don't give this contact number to the general public")
This really limits the usefulness of what is otherwise a really accessible feature for any organisation.
Can you add this functionality please?
