Allow me to pile onto these concerns. Allow hiding or deleting the Clutter and Conversation History folders. And not just on the desktop but also so they don't show in iPhone Mail app.

Cannot delete "Clutter" folder even after turning it off and verifying it is off in both OWA and Powershell. 365 technicians also couldn't figure it out. Ticket #8008442

Yes, I do NOT want to see the clutter folder if I have the feature turned off.

STOP trying to figure out how to help me with my email. I do NOT like Clutter. Focus sounds as bad or worse. Clutter just made extra work for me. STOP!

Al least allow them to be hidden or something: conversation history, rss feeds, groups, search folders, etc. Have a button to untoggle hidden folders. I have two email addressees and with all this other **** it forces me to scroll the screen, really annoying to scroll past stuff i never use to get to stuff i use EVERY DAY.

Kind of ironic, the clutter folder is not the solution to clutter, it *is* the clutter.

Clutter and several other excess folders (Archive, Journal, Notes, Outbox, RSS Subscriptions, Sync Issuses, Tasks, Search Folders, Groups, Favorite Group Calendars, Public Folders, etc.) simply clutter the view and visually distract from the function of processing e-mail. Most of the excess folders are only useful to a small percentage of users. At least allow customers to hide any folder/function other than e-mail. My use of Outlook is based on employer expectations, so e-mail access is necessary, but most other incorporated functions are not useful or managed outside of Outlook. Independence of thought and action are ingrained.

Clutter feature is obnoxious. And "Options" menu to turn it off sometimes disappears. Horrible feature. We have "rules"... stop forcing this stuff on us

please let us delete all the folders from the pane that we don't use.

In addition, the 'apps' bar is another waste of my limited viewing space. It's like mounting a second spare tire on my windshield - don't need, use or want it and makes operating less effective. Earn my loyalty with utility, not force.

I agree with the current comments. Trust us to know how we wish to use the software

Your Clutter service is horrible. Why are you forcing me to have it?
