Enable Bing to search for Calendar appointment locations
When I enter an appointment in Calendar in Outlook 2016, it would be great to get the location using Bing and add it to the meeting.
When setting an appointment in Outlook, you should be able to "map it" just like you do under contacts.
Please advise if this will be in an upcoming update.
I would like to have the adress for a room when i arrange a meeting. Now it only say that the meeting will be in "name of meeting room", but that don't tell much for participiant outside of the organisation.

When som one sends me and adresse on email and open the email in Outlook on my desktop i should be able to mark it and search for the adresse in Google Maps etc..

Having Outlook populate physical addresses of businesses when entering them into the location like in the Windows Calendar App.
With "open calendar", you can see if a person is booked or not. In a global world, knowing WHERE a Person is at would be beneficial. There should be a feature that you can set an appointment, stating where you are and make this appointment name visible for all viewers (who access your calendar via open calendar").

It would be great to see (through permissions) where meetings are located so that subsequent meetings could be held in locations convenient for participants.
Provision 'GPS locations' (e.g. Google Maps) as an option which can be chosen in 'Location' field while setting up a new meeting invite.

It would be great if a can search online for locations right from the outlook calendar when I create a new entry.
When creating entries on Android Outlook it's the best way to get the full address of a restaurant, hotel or something else. Miss it on Outlook on Windows.
if you could enable a ETA feature for meetings outside of the office, letting attendees know when to leave with expected traffic
Poder compartir ubicación y ocupación en calendario sin ver título.
To be able to share location and occupation in calendar without seeing title.
Existe la posibilidad de compartir si estoy ocupado y también la de ver el título y la ubicación, pero no hay una combinación que permita compartir solo la ocupación y la ubicación
There is the possibility to share if I am busy and also to see the title and location, but there is no combination that allows sharing only the occupation and location
'Map It' doesn't always work, as such it would be great to be able to enter actual Longitude and Latitude coordinates for a contact.
It would be nice to have a hyperlink to open the address showing in the meeting location field. This would open as a map in default web browser.
When creating or updating a Calendar Event, the "Location" field is simply a static text box. It would be very helpful to make it smarter by adding location history, prediction, and Bing search services functionality around this field.
- Location History: Drop-down (searchable) select list of prior locations listed chronologically.
- Location Prediction: Based on Event "Subject" keywords, scheduled time, and past events.
- Location Search: Ability to search the web or corporate meeting rooms for the event location.
It would be great to show in my calendar at which location I will be at what day of the week.
Géolocalisation des adresses des rendez-vous
Geolocation of addresses of appointments
When typing an address or a business / company name in the "Location" field, a geolocation and automatic completion is done via Bing Maps. This is the case on Outlook.com and Gmail but not in Outlook 365 desktop.

I can’t believe this isn’t already done nor that it would be so challenging to implement.
When making an appointment, the location line should suggest addresses or phone numbers when name or location is in address list; like it does on iPhone
just like google calendar does, if helps you fill the address by autocompleting. Also the address becomes clickable and you can get directions from there straight away on a desktop web client and check how to get there.

Rather than having to open the appointment to select the URL link which is the location of the meeting, have that Location presenting in the calendar, on the calendar feed, or in the reminder include an actionable URL.
