Multiple choices of colors, background and themes like black theme in Desktop Outlook 2016
Multiple choice of colors and themes like black theme in Desktop Outlook 2016. Also provide an option of feature to reduce too much white space used in Microsoft Outlook. The new outlook is very complicated. Unfortunately I was forced to upgrade to outlook 2016 and Windows 10, otherwise I would have kept the old version of outlook. Microsoft need to consider people feedback and make material changes to outlook in order for users to be able to use it in the most efficient way. Right now, I am finding difficulties in using this outlook. Outlook should be more colorful like the old version so users can distinguish between mailbox, folders, junk, recycle…etc. Users should be able to easily find folders and folders with new version of outlook, just like old version. New version is all white and gray and doesn’t allow users to easily find required options. Also layout should be more efficient and unnecessary options must be removed. It’s important for Microsoft to understand that outlook is used for business purpose and users with high volume of work/tasks will not be able to easily coop with their work using a complicated outlook. Outlook layout look very busy and they are so many options. Bring old version back. It was easier to work and handle emails. Also an option to match color schemes or themes with an organization’s color themes would enhance customization.
Actually make the 'Colorful' setting, erm, colourful. A blue bar at the top and very light grey menus is not colourful!
Increase new colorful themes
More customization on Outlook 365, it is very dull and hurts your eyes a bit as it is all one color.
Please give us the ability to decide which type of UI we like. You have the source code from the previous version. Just let it be and integrate the new and add an SWITCH statement at the top to determine which one to use for rendering. This is programming 101.
Color skins so this thing isn't flat like a desert and causes migraines from eyestrain!!!! OMG, tell Helen (Keller) to get an assistant in design!!!
Under theme provide light grey.

Mais opções de cores para temas.
More color options for themes.
With Windows 10 Office 2016 user interface is not very user friendly. Office 2010 theme was very user friendly and should have been continued. If your theme is based on user feedback, a option to use Office 2010 should always be given so that we can go back to old theme and still have newer options. You will find that most users will go back to old theme. They want to work and not want to play with outlook. BUSINESSES WANT MORE PRODUCTIVITY AND NOT COLORED THEME. Flaw is Office 2016 themes are below.
1. The font size is very small and not easily readable.
2. Office 2010, in Inbox email could be easily segregated and more soft on eyes. Newer version is bright.
3. The Calendar in older outlook has only one line for each meeting, while newer one has multiple line if there is one meeting for the day.

A simple implementation could be a port of the already available black background on Windows Explorer.
We have been able to use and adjust custom themes in Windows for years now. I would like to see that same feature used in the office products and independent of one another. As it stands we have 4 choices. Let's add some themes, different colors, different backgrounds, some fonts. I love outlook for a mail program but am really tired of look and feel of it. Let's spice it up a bit. Give us some choices for the money we are paying. I know it is a little extra, and doesn't really help the program but would still be nice to have anything other than black, dark grey, and whatever colorful is suppose to be.
Customize Outlook Today has had the same 4 styles for years. I just swapped from your colorful theme to dark grey and I am already blah with it.
Once again I know nothing serious and not program breaking, but would still be nice to see some individual "flair" with our office programs at home.

My organisation just forced all staff to migrate to Office 2016. The available color schemes for Outlook are indeed very bad for productivity. "Colorful" and "White" are way to bright, while "Dark Grey" is too dark and is very difficult to read, in particular light grey text on dark grey background. I am shocked that even three years later, this issue still has not been fixed. This issue causes many people serious eye problems and is a severe impediment to productivity. Microsoft, please fix this ASAP!

Provide the option to set default background colour for the body of emails, Word documents etc. to a preferred colour. This option used to be available in the previous version of Microsoft, but seems to have been taken away with the latest version.
Being able to set the background on documents, emails etc. to a pastel colour [of choice] is essential for dyslexic people as the coloured background makes it easier for the dyslexic person to read the words in the document/email better.
it will be helpfull to match colour scheems with our organization's themes colour

I still struggle with the background of Outlook. The older 2010 UI had black text with a white background which look great.
The new grey on grey just isn't enough contrast for me to comfortably read mail. As a color blind person I go by contrast so I need to go back to the U/I if Outlook 2010 to see the perfect contrast ratio that works for me.
Can you offer that once again as an U/I?
Your color selections are so cheerful I think I'm on an LSD trip!!!! As it is now, I safely feel only depressed and suicidal!
Do you even know the meaning of the word, color?????
Merriam-Webster, definition 1 (a), 2 - : a color other than and as contrasted with black, white, or gray
It's time to cowboy up and get with the 21st century!!!!!!! This is NOT the ice age!!!
We should be able to change the colour of the existing theme on the desktop App version. That would make it a lot more easy on the eyes.
go back and look at the Mozilla mail features. The colors were not harsh and you can change the format. also it was easier to, edit message as new. I feel like in trying to make things easier, you may have forgotten about the things people really like.
The colors available are too harsh on the eyes. We already spend at least 8 hours a day looking at the screen and this makes it harder by the end of the day.
Please fix this.
can customize his box ... colors, background ... themes.
