Import contacts from iCloud
Allow outlook to import contacts directly from i Cloud. It looks like it should work as there is the option that come up, Import to outlook but then you only get the first contact. I opened up the file with excel and can see the other contacts. with 1400 contacts doing them one at a time is a non starter. Also It would be great if you could finally embed directly i Cloud or Gmail accounts or calendar (as in Windows Mail or in the mail client "EM client")
If you are not going to get this working then icloud exports contacts don't make import to Outlook an option.

Steve U, it all seems so simple but I am a complete ludite, brand new to microsoft and until today I could use the icloud mail but that has been curtailed....Iwill need to find someone who is far more aware of what microsoft is.
thank you very much for the response, I will try and print that.

Es wäre toll wenn man endlich direkt Icloud bzw. Gmail Konten bzw. Kalender einbetten könnte (so wie in Windows Mail oder im Mailprogramm “EM-Client”)

I've recently installed Office 365 on my personal computer. I have ~1000 contacts in iCloud (and in my iPhone backup on iTunes) that I want to import into Outlook. It appears that I have to do this one by one, according to the Help info in Outlook. That's more brain death than I can bear! It would be great if it was possible to import large numbers of contacts in bulk to make outlook more attractive. Thanks!
Our family has 10 iOS devices - and our family calendar and common contacts runs via iCloud. My family uses e-mail run as web-mail on our private domain.
Professionally I've been using Outlook since Outlook 97 - and I've had to update the calendar and contacts via iTunes in order to get it in the iOS calendar and contacts (iCloud)
Easily update contacts in 365 and upload to icloud so they can be seen on your iPhone.
I reluctantly converted to icloud as a work around when I could not see my Outlook contacts in mail view on my new Surface. That was faulty and had to be replaced and now I find that I have to import my (900+) contacts one by one. Cannot believe the lack of support from Microsoft.
I dount want to import, i want my Outlook 2016 on Mac to work with my iCloud contacts in a similar way as my Windows Outlook 2016 does. Once I update a contact on Outlook or iCloud all my devices have the same info.

I am having the same issue with importing my contacts from a Vcard file downloaded from either my iphone/icloud or roundcube webmaill? Can an update be developed please, no-one wants to assist with Outlook 2016!
My new system is up and running (Windows 10 Pro) but I discovered that my new Outlook does not work with the iCloud. Since it also can no longer sync with my iPhone then my calendars and contacts are in a mess. Please develop an update that allows iCloud to integrate with Outlook.

Microsoft 2016 doesn't synchronize with the iCloud Control Panel. I've reached out to the Technical Support staffs at both Apple and Microsoft. I want the responsible teams from both Apple and Microsoft to solve this interoperability issues.

Please simply the synching of contacts between ios and outlook. Life is too short to import contacts one by one from icloud...I have over 2000 contacts! Pretty simple....for the thousands of users who use both ios devices and outlook, please help.
Quit breaking iCloud syncing contacts, calenders, etc. with Outlook.
After an update of Windows I lost my contact file in Outlook 2016. The data was in ICloud but I cannot get more than one contact to load. I see everyone has the same problem. Can't MS fix this?
I would like the ability to use my iCloud notes from within outlook. You used to be able to do this, but Outlook did not keep up when Apple changed the Notes format.

It is amazing that Outlook will not sync contacts with an IOS device. We have been waiting for this for as long as Outlook mobile has been available.
