Print PDF without downloading or opening
Perhaps right clicking on a PDF file to print instead of downloading or opening. Would save a LOT of time.

You were once able to right click and have it automatically print. Now you have to either open or save that WASTES time.

I've been hoping for them to implement this for a couple years. We get a lot of emailed receipts and invoices. Every time, we print the email or attachment as a PDF, save the PDF to our financial files and then back to Outlook to remove the attachment (space saving) and file the email.
It would be ideal to have a rule that would do this automatically. To be effective, the rule would have to allow you to customize the file location and the file name.
For instance, when we save our Staples statement, we have a directory with files named:
Statement Staples 01.05.20.pdf
Statement Staples 02.05.20.pdf and so on -

I'm curious, Adobe Reader has this problem, but how come this problem doesn't exist if you have Adobe DC installed? I am now running DC as my default .pdf handler, and Quick Print works as expected.

I have to print to pdf an email wish I want to refer back to and put it into an outside file. Not found an easy way of saving a conversation, other then creating sub directories under the inbox. It is inefficient and too much work to keep up. The searches rarely work well.

What have you done?! Can't fit an email to one page when trying to print. Won't work on either of my computers since your updates.
Fix it please!

Please, please let me batch print .pdf attachments. Like right click folder>print all attachments. I can't do this one by one any more, I'll die.

I agree it would save a lot of time, epecially if it is possible to mark serveral mails in the folder/inbox. Only the attachment/PDF should be printed.
