Use of CalDav and WebDav would be perfect! At the moment I only can use this features via icloud and then synchronising with Outlook. A direct support via Outlook would be great!

Code Two Sync for iCloud, solves all the problems! I have been able to sync my icloud calendar and my outlook 2016 for a few years now. It's a super simple program that saves you the hassle of manually copying events in outlook 2016. The video on this page will explain everything. I looked forever like most of you before I found this. It's like $20 bucks for a lifetime code and after using it for this long I would have gladly paid much much more.

Just downloaded ms365 trial. Wish I would have read this first or I wouldn't have wasted my time. I will be cancelling this trial since ical and outlook 2016 do not work together and I have all apple products - watch, phone, macbook... UGH!

It is hard to believe that MS persists in trying to manipulate users into buying things they don't need by avoiding providing standard tools. I love Outlook, but if it is staying in some stone age where syncing doesn't exist as it does in everyone else's ecosystem, I'll have to find something else. And once I find something else for Outlook, Word and Excel won't be far behind. I do still use Windows (on my Mac), but can probably eliminate that too, if I put my back into it.

I really need outlook to allow iCloud on Mac. I switch between a Mac and Windows laptop. The downside is that I'm able to get both windows and ical on outlook 2016 for a PC but for some unknown reason...I'm not able to sync outlook 2016 for Mac with its own native icalendar. It's disappointing.

As a personal iCal user and a work Microsoft Exchange client, I have to open two calendars to figure out my life. SUCH A PAIN! Enable syncing please. It is badly needed and wanted!

please add native support for icloud in outlook 2016/o365 - works well with native win 10 mail/calendar apps now needed in office. this is also especially useful where organizations do not allow the icloud for windows control panel to be installed.

I am using Apple Calendar for work, now, and I am so very disappointed that I cannot use it with Outlook on my mac. It is curious to me that my beloved Apple folks cannot get over this hurdle. Is there a timeline for a resolution to this issue?

I use iCal and Apple Mail for work, but there are too many issues with formats and calendar features when interfacing with Outlook users (98% of my audience). I need to be able to use Outlook to interface with all other Outlook users, but I first need to be able to export my iCal to Outlook calendar.
You can also fix Outlook to support graphics in the signature. A little embarrassing to send plain text in the signature these days. You may force me back to iCal and Apple Mail for these reasons alone. -

Full integration of Icloud.
Email, calendar, contacts...all is actually possible with windows standard apps (mail, contacts, and calendar) but not with Outlook 2016...

I am one those people that use iPhone and then a M/S Surface running Win 10.
My company does not have exchange server, so to sync calendar and then my iPhone family calendar (wife, kids) and all my contact, I have been using iCloud for Windows.
What is annoying is the when I have to restart Outook, iCloud does not automatically come back up. I must go to options, then select Add-ins, then hit the Mange button for COM add-ins, and finally select the iCloud add-in.
Why can't Outlook keep this profile loaded like it does for GotoMeeting?I recently have run into an issues where Outlook no longer recognizes this request. I select the iCloud add-in, but see nothing. I've uninstalled iCloud and reinstalled, but same thing. Now I have no iCloud sync
There has to be a better way. I am sure it requires cooperation at both M/S and Apple. Just wish you guys would both get it together on this one.

Outlook would be great if only it would sync with iCal and Contacts.
That lack of functionality combined with no easy way to add graphics to signatures mean it’s a dinosaur mascarading as a new and improved.
Come on Microsoft, get your act together, it’s not rocket science.
