Make it simple to share contacts and address book with others
Make it easy to share contacts, contact lists and address book with other people. For example, I would like to share my address book or global address list with other people or sharing Contact Lists created on my own with either family or coworkers in a small business.

I would like to share my contact folder with my wife. I have spent all day trying to make this work. I then called you office support team and
Jeanne spent 1hour trying to make this work. Then she spoke to a colleague and I was told that home users cannot use this feature. WHY IS THERE AN OPTION TO SHARE MY CONTACT FOLDER THEN? Microsoft should not have a visible button that customers cannot use!
Please make sharing of contacts for home users work.

Let the address book sort the contacts according to the last name. I deal with last names and it is very frustrating to not be able to do it.
cloud based contact list that Outlook can access from any machine

Microsoft should facilitate the import of CSV files into Outlook. I'm willing to use it but there is an error message and I can't import my Google addresses into Outlook.
Besides that, the interface is complicated - it´s difficult to toggle from one account to the other. It should be easier to have a general view of the various accounts and easily access them.
I'm thinking of not migrating into Outlook...

A symbol that takes you to the contacts list. Easy user friendly system to add or delete contacts.

How to deal with 2016 contacts. How do you work with them Is there a manual?
A simple area to click into your contacts would be great
It would be nice if importing addresses was simplified. I find it hard to believe that it is necessary in Outlook 2016 that each address imported needs two mouse clicks. Not one "enter" button push and a mouse click, which would be bad enough, but two mouse clicks and those on moving targets. It almost seems it was made to be painful on purpose? Why no mass address book import? For those of us in business with 500-1000 addresses or more it seems ridiculous that it is so cumbersome. Please improve this aspect of outlook. In 2017 I would expect more synergy and seamless application use, not tedium. Thanks in advance.
make it easier to import email addresses
Bring back the list of people and email addresses so that the names can easily be put on the forward email

It would be great if sharing AND syncing would be made possible.
Family members usually share many contacts, e.g. relatives, local businesses, school mates.
It should be possible to have a shared addressbook for Microsoft family members, very much like the shared family calendar.
All family members can add/update/delete contacts.
Optionally parents can define that children have read only access to the addressbook. Optionally you see latest updated timestamp and family member's name who has edited a contact last. Optionally family members can decide to receive e-mail notification whenever a shared contact gets updated.
I would really like to see a way to import/sync my Outlook address book (from my PC app) to the Outlook app on Android smartphones.
Would be definitly helpfull to avoid any wrong contact details!
