Email count by group heading
I would like to see how many emails are in the groupings I select. For example, number of emails by Date grouping (today, yesterday...); or number of emails by sender in From grouping; or number of emails by Subject grouping.
I am CONSTANTLY manually counting the number of items in "today's" grouping. I give up on counting anything more than 50 emails. I tried using the custom search but that is not convenient at all.
I like the Dec 21, 2019 suggestion, there is a room on that "yesterday" bar to add some of these other stats. It would be so helpful.

My suggestion is to add to the group description area a summary of the email within the said group as well.
Today - 10 Emails ( 4 unread)
Yesterday - 20 Emails ( Zero unread)
Last Week - 100 Emails ( 1 unread)

When grouping by date manually, the date is grouped by individual timestamps rather than a 'today', 'yesterday' type grouping. This is really annoying when trying to filter down by category sub-group. What I'm trying to accomplish is 'Today' -> 'Cat1', 'Cat2', 'Cat3'.
Seems like a pretty simply idea, by why isn't it possible?

Search the quantity of emails per a specific topic and order per relevance.
Example: Forecast - Show (150 emails) and orders dependes of the quantity / date / From: …. interactions about the topic
Have the grouping recognize the emails as all grouped, for subjects that are changed to RE: and not RES:
this difference generates several clusters.
Please split conversations per Subject AND sender. We receive mails from different clients with the same subject. As a result the conversations get mixed up.
Plz fix. Tnx.

Focused Inbox: show unread count in tab headers per tab: separately for Focused and Other
