  1. Enlarging the type in the reading pane

    It IS possible to change the size of the type. You simply hold down the CTRL key and then move the scroll wheel on the mouse either one way (to reduce) or the other (to enlarge) to change the size.

  2. Monogram or watermark for legitimate internal emails.

    Monogram or watermark should be added below the signature for legitimate internal emails so that end users can recognize whether it is from a legitimate co-worker or employee of the same company.

  3. close research pane with keyboard

    Research Pane - Positioning the cursor in or adjacent to any word or acronym and pressing Shift+F7 used to bring up the entire Research Pane. If you didn't want the Thesaurus, F6 took you to the pane, where you could tab or Shift+Tab to change your options. Now it only brings up the Thesaurus. Clicking on the drop-down arrow gives you the options to Move, Size, or Close.

    Closing the pane was an option on the View menu, also navigable via keyboard. Now it seems to only be clickable. An aggravation for keyboard users, but can you imagine what a…

  4. All Communications Visibilty

    Hello Dear,

    I am working for a multinational corporation and I have more than 17 years of working experience. I believe the future email communication will be tremendously more efficient among the member of the team members if the team members are able to see the communications of others in their emails. This will be a huge time and resource saving if employees can search communications over a special subject. Of course there would be privacy issues which can be limited with adding/removing some features. But Corporate world would have a huge benefit of this as the information cycles through…
