Option to provide year view in Calendar and to print as well in Microsoft Outlook 2016 in year format. We cannot easily get the options to print a single page. The only settings available are "Table Style and Memo Style", without navigating through other printer-specific "Print Options". Provide print options or settings like page range, one-sided/two-sided, etc... just like every other Office app has had forever. 

It'd be great to reduce the new size of the "from", "to" and "CC/BCC" columns in both the Popped Out New Email window and the inset 'reply' window. There's a lot of "dead-air" above the line where one writes the email

Thumbs up flash response to enterprise emails instead of sending an email response that says "ok" or "thank you" or "I agree". It could be like the recipient attaching a flag to a rcv'd msg and the sender seeing that flag. This will cut down on storage costs and email noise.

Option to save the Outlook email messages and calendar in .pdf format would be an added benefit. Also PDF attachments often cut off the right side of the page in the preview pane in Outlook. This is only a problem because the Ctrl-Scroll Wheel, which zooms perfectly for mail messages and other attachments doesn’t do anything for PDFs. Please enable the same zoom via Ctrl-Scroll Wheel that works for other content in the preview window.

Currently, appointments show as free, tentative, busy, working elsewhere, work from home, or out of office. My company has a lot of virtual workers but we do come to the office from time to time. Sometimes, we want to meet face to face so it would be great if the out of office status could be subdivided into Out of Office - Free and Out of Office- Busy. This would allow me to set out of office as a way to indicate I will not be in the office but can make virtual meetings.

Provide a feature to automatically add contact to Address Book or Contacts based on emails in Microsoft Outlook 2016. For example we receive an email from a person named John, getting an option to use the Senders email address to add it to contact directly would be an added benefit and would enhance handling of contacts. Also make it possible to store and display all the information in the Address Book including photos of contacts.

Set the option to keep all meeting invites in inbox regardless of the action taken; even if declined.

Please make it possible to resize images when attaching to an email.

Also, we receive a great deal of customer inbound images and it would be nice if I could reduce the size (mb/pixels) of image attachments. I don’t need the images to be 12mb when 46kb will give me enough of a picture.

Aay to rapidly insert emoji's/ animated emoji's in emails, much like inserting other symbols.

Provide an option to be able to automatically over ride fonts, font sizes, and colors in any received emails in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to show emails in fonts settings set by user.

I would like the day of the week to be highlighted across the column. I would also like the hour to have an indicator line going across this hour through the days of the week.

Option to view all the events or tasks of all the Calendars either from the same mailbox or different mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook 2016. Currently you can only view the events of all the default calendar only in the task pane when hovering a mouse over the calendar menu at the left bottom.

Many folders to reorganize and having to move them one by one is a waste of time. There should be a way to move multiple folders like we can do with multiple messages.

Take tasks or email from Outlook and send them directly to Planner, Office 365 Groups as task.

We use share calendar on Outlook.com that we often change via Outlook 2016.
Before Outlook.com was switched to Exchange in the back end this worked perfectly.
