Scenario: User A is in the US and scheduling a meeting with user B in Ireland. User A schedules a meeting for Mar 17th, which is a holiday in Ireland.
Feature : Because it is a holiday, Outlook should prompt user A saying that Mar 17th is national holiday

Create a view for the next xx business days (excluding weekends). Being able to specify the number of days would be great. At the end of the week I start looking at next week and the 7-day view shows the weekend which is not helpful.

I've missed a meeting or two by having clicked on a different day in the sidebar calendar and not noticed it was now a different day's meetings showing. Some sort of visual cue that you are not on today's meeting list would be hugely helpful

It is no longer possible to directly open a contact, e.g. from a list of search results. Instead one must choose "Edit contact" from a menu on a Contact Card. This has a serious negative impact on productivity. The earlier registry settings to "TurnOnLegacyGALDialog" are no longer applicable.

As the sweep feature on outlook.com works greatly, what about adding it also to Outlook client/Exchange Online?

I tried sending E-mail messages to two receipients with addresses of two recepients separted by a semicolon through mail merge. Outlook doesn't recognize the format. Please add a feature to allow entry of multiple E-mails which outlook can recognize.

The select all icons for E-mail messages and Attachments pretty much look similar. It becomes confusing to chhose the right one on the quick access toolbar. Please change the shape of the one meant for attachments. Thanks!

I have several rules that I run manually sometimes multiple times a day. It would be great to have a Quick Step that would run the rule for me instead of having to go to the rules menu to manually run them.

Sometimes I use the fearure to not deliver before a specific date and time. I would be really helpful to have a notification at the top of the message (similar to the OOF notification when sending to a recipent with an OOF message set).

-Allow me to flag an email with "Monitor for Reply"
-If I have not received a reply from somone on "To" line within a certain # of day, Outlook pops up a reminder that "You did not receive a response. Send reminder?"
