Insights will inform you to delay based on who, working hours, etc, puts in Sent Items. Outlook has a native feature as an option to add to any mail, puts in Outbox. The two behave completely different

I had a conversation with Outlook Social Media team on Twitter. They asked me to suggest "All Accounts" feature which is available for years in Outlook for Mac. This is still not available in Outlook for Windows. Why?

My calendar is almost always packed. When i receive a meeting request it is very difficult to see what is conflicting - especially when multiple all-day events are present. If I could resize the meeting peek it would make it a lot more useful.

What's with the snooze option "0 hours before start"? Why not "meeting start time"? Your users aren't robots - well, at least not most of us.

It is good that search is displaying results from all folders when an item is not found in the current folder. For better tracking, please add a column Folder in the view of the results to identify in which folder that message resides.

In support of the Prode movement, you should be able to highlight text and select rainbow, and have every letter colored a different color

We need a way to audit changes to tasks especially when many folks have permission to add/change/delete tasks in our task list. There are a lot of sync issues as well and sometimes we need to recover from a change that was made but too late to undo.

Edge has amazing voice options for read aloud but outlook's options are not great. We shoud bring the voices on edge over. Zira is too robot sounding but the natual options in edge almost sound, "natural".

When I paste tab delimited text, format it as a table or give me the option. Right now I have to select the text and convert it to a table.

When I am composing email, top reason why I pop out to a separate window is so I can access tables. Instead it would be great to just press TAB to create a table, like in onenote! But with Word's table ribbon
