Alert me two hours before a meeting I organized if someone has not responded
I have to remember to check before a meeting to make sure everyone I responded -- and even that takes several clicks. Check for me two hours before and alert me if someone has not responded so I can reach out. Maybe send me a list of the attendee status of everyone invited.

Automatically move Blocked Junk email to the Trash folder.
Presently when I block an email it goes directly to the Junk folder.
Then I have to go to the Junk folder to send each one to the Trash folder.
Would it be possible to have a rule that allows email marked as "Block Sender" to go directly to the Trash folder?
Thank you!5 votes -
Redact Personal information in emails
We get emails from customers and we need to pass on those details to downstream departments to process customer requests. Sometimes we dont need to include certain personal details of those customers. Eg: Tax file number. So it would be great if we have an option to forward those emails by redacting those personal information. There may be bulk of these emails coming in and it may be easier to have this option accessible programatically as well. Please consider

Export/Import Outlook rules in xml format
In my humble opinion would be useful to export Outlook rules in an XML format to be able to show them differently (maybe with a locally customized tool).
The goal is to have a complete picture of rules listing (in a single form or application) horizontally those information:
- Rule name
- Condition #1 customizable (ex: From: <whatever.whatelse@domain.com>)
- Condition #2 customizable (ex: Subject contains "word1 word2")
- Condition #3 customizable
- (...)
This would allow me to prepare list of rules out of from Outlook application and to import/export them from it.
The request is depending by the fact that I have…

Add Distribution Group/List to CC and BCC Rules
Currently, we cannot use rules to move e-mails when a distribution group or distribution list is CC'd or BCC'd. Please add the ability to sort e-mails with rules based on who is CC'd or BCC'd.

Lock join time
It will be super useful if ******* can lock the time to join a meeting, like within a range: no give access to a person that try to enter to a meeting 15min after schedule time.

Provide a feature or an option to sort Rules in alphabetical order in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Can you please have the "Rules" for dealing with emails display in alphabetical order, or at least have this option. They currently display in chronological order only.
This will make finding a rule easier when you have a lot of them to edit/update etc27 votes -
Ability to bulk edit "Rule" RWZ files in MS Excel.
It would be great to be able to export the RWZ file to MS Excel and then bulk edit them.

Creating an option under Rules
Enable domains as an option for Notification rules. Such as enable @example.com under the notification box rule as well as a reoccurring notification option if the email has not been read, replied or forwarded within designated rule duration. 15, 30, 60, 120, minutes etc.,

Sorting and Coloring
To show that new messages were delivered to the filtered sub folders. Also to be able to color folders in order to distinguish visually.

Speed up Outlook Rules Order
The order of Rules can be changed ONLY by tapping or clicking an UP or DOWN arrow on a SINGLE rule. This is clunky when managing a large number of rules. Develop a method for selecting multiple rules and re-ordering by dragging the selection.

automatically categorize message based on sender
I want to easily categorize all future emails from a specific sender (or domain of the sender). Right now I have to go to Outlook.com and edit my rules and add the sender address or domain to the existing rule. This is at least 10 clicks per sender or sender domain.
It would be nice if I could right click the sender and select something such as "Categorize all future mail from this sender" and then select the category. Rule is updated.

Add OR operator to the rules wizard
At the moment it is just possible to use the AND operator to connect conditions in one rule. It should be possible to select the OR operator.
Example: Do something when the from line contains "***" OR when the Subject line contains "YYY"

Create a rule option to move mails from "send on behalf of" email.
We are receiving a lot of mails on behalf of other common emails like servicedesk, incident management etc. It would be very nice to have the opportunity to sort out these mails and move them automatically as needed. It is today possible to move from a specific email, please add the feature to move from "on behalf of" email.
Thank you

Rule based auto Convert of select Email to Adobe PDF or Append to an Existing PDF Portfolio
There should be a Rule set allowing emails to be saved as PDF or appended to an existing PDF Portfolio for selected emails based of criteria of Subject, Sender, Date, etc.

Sender to junk mail still not working. Rule for sender still not working.
The Block Sender and the Create Rule functions are not working. Still allows sender to come through. This system needs to be fixed!
