Show time of day bar in calendar on today's date
With the latest calendar updates (late May / early June), the calendar now looks like the Teams calendar. There is a time bar with a dot, but they show up on the previous day. this should visually show up on today's date.

Compose window entry fields for TO and CC are way bigger than text label in latest update to Microsoft Outlook 2016.
The entry fields for TO and CC are taller than the spacing of their labels to the left. This leaves less vertical space for the Subject entry field (both not aligned to its label, as well as narrower than the TO & CC fields), and looks very sloppy. Please revert it to the older format or provide an option to select between the new and old format.

"Dismiss Past Meetings" option in meeting reminders dialog
"Dismiss Past Meetings" option in meeting pop up dialog.
In the "upcoming meetings" pop up dialog that appears now and then, I very often get a long list of meetings that happened hours ago, mixed with 1 or 2 soon-to-occur meetings. Unfortunately, the only way to dismiss all those no-longer-relevant meetings, without also dismissing the imminent meetings, is to individually click "Dissmiss" on each one ("Dismiss All" doesn't help here - I still want a reminder for the imminent meeting).
Having a "Dismiss past meetings" button would make this much simpler and less error prone.
I hit this problem daily.

Bring back the connector lines between folders and subfolders
Old outlook used to have connector lines between folders and subfolders. This made it easy to see all the subfolders belonging to a particular folder. Now that that the horizontal spacing between subfolders has been reduced and the lines removed, it is quite difficult to see what belongs to what, especially when you've got a lot of different folders and subfolders all indented at different levels.

More color options like the online version has
Would like to see more color options for themes like the online version has. The limited options all look kind of bleak and don't give room for a personal touch.

attachment folder
Implement keyboard shortcut to open folder (windows explorer) where last attachments were saved or open pop up window with saved attachement list (similar to Edge or Firefox Ctrl+J).

Make the Move feature auto-complete in the Windows client (like the Mac client)
Move | Other Folder... pops what looks like an Office 2003 "Move Items" dialog. There's no way to find a folder expect to navigate all the twisties and remember where you put whatever it is you're looking for. Daunting, high-friction, every time.
On the Mac client, you're dropped into a Search experience. Wildly more usable.
Please.

Feature suggestion. Enable removing an entry in the 'Recently Used Fonts' list.
In Outlook, when composing a new message, in the Font selection box, I would like to be able to right-click a font in the 'Recently Used Fonts' list and select 'Remove from this list'. In trying out various fonts, the list becomes long and the fonts persist in the list. Having many fonts in the list defeats the purpose of having the one or two fonts that I do use often, be easily accessible.
The same suggestion also applies to Word. To be clear, I’m not suggesting removing the font; I just want to shorten the list.6 votes -
Allow resizing of the Reminders popup window.
I want to be able to see more than 8 reminders in 1 screen. I know there is a task page in the outlook client, but it is very convenient to be able to see more reminders in the popup window

Bring back 'what do you want to do'
where did the 'what do you want to do' search box go? it was so convenient to use it to 'add signature' or other tasks.

I would love to see the interactive office assistant back.
Clippy or I really enjoyed the cat. It was a great way to remind me and to check my work. it was easy to notice. I hear so many tones between my computer and my phone that I really need the meow or in clippy case tapping the screen
I have office 16 and would so love to have this back as an add on

Ability to see list of Teams meeting attendees while presenting a doc
Currently you can not pull up a list of meeting attendees while you are presenting a document. This can make it difficult to verify who is on the call, especially if attendees arrive late.

Ability to drag and drop multiple attachments from an email.
Old versions of Outlook you could select multiple attachments in the email and drag them to a folder. Now it forces me to do each one at a time. Even using Ctrl, it always deselects the first file I selected. Inconvenient the way attachments are displayed as opposed to 5+ years ago. Changes for the sake of change are bad changes. Change things to make them easier and more functional. That is my advice. Microsoft is terrible at pointless changes that remove features or makes things harder to find. (And no I will not use the save attachments button, I…
